Would stay here again and recommend.
Pros:

The staff, location (situated next to Leura Mall) and room type were great.
We had some minor issue with internet and window blinds, which Kelly from the front desk sorted immediately.
We were travelling with our toddler, so having the kitchenette was very handy.

Cons:

Some of the room functions (spa bath) were not in use.

Pros:

Location is great, near the Leura centre, and we can walk to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Free undercover parking and very clean rooms.

Cons:

The view from our window looked into another unit and we had to close the curtain all the time.

Cons:

The checkin process asked for a heap of information they didn't need including photo ID of all guests. The advertised "coffee maker" was a kettle and instant coffee. A bit of train noise.
