Soggiorno fantastico e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel ,nel complesso, sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Il personale alla reception è estremamente accogliente, cordiale e disponibile. La camera, seppur non grandissima, è più che sufficiente, pulita e ordinata , dotata di aria condizionata.
La cosa che mi ha sorpreso di più è stato il drink di benvenuto: un tocco davvero apprezzato che non avevo mai trovato nei miei precedenti soggiorni a Firenze! L'hotel ha una posizione eccellente, vicinissimo a molte attrazioni e a solo un minuto a piedi dal Cattedrale(Santa Maria del Fiore). Penso sia un'opzione davvero conveniente. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Firenze!

Personel tres agreable , chambres simple mais tres propres , emplacement parfait .
Pros:

Soñia a la reception était d une tres grande aide pendant mon séjour .
L établissement est tres bien situe pour visiter la ville .
La chambre était calme côté cour , avec petit frigo lit simple et mobilier tres basic , salle de bain avec petite douche , mais tout était tres propre .
L hotel m a gardé mon bagage après avoir rendu la chambre ce qui m a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville ma dernière journée et a mon retour m’ont tendu 20€ que j avais égaré dans la chambre . Merci pour votre honnêteté.

Cons:

La clim de la chambre était bruyante mais très appreciable avec la canicule .

Hotel muy céntrico
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una esquina de la plaza Duomo y por lo tanto muy céntrico. Tuvieron la amabilidad de guardarnos las maletas tanto a la llegada, cómo a la salida.

Cons:

La cama era bastante incómoda. Se movía cómo una góndola, lo dijimos en recepción y la arreglaron un poco, pero el colchón del lado de mi pareja se hundía. No pasa nada xq sólo nos quedamos una noche, pero de haber estado más, lo hubiéramos pasado mal.

Amazing location, great price, quiet room, clean, new bathroom, friendly staff, easy check in and app for access, street view.

Cons:

Took me a minute to understand that hotel access was only from the 2nd floor. No breakfast, but of course there are cafes all around so no problem.
