Comfortable, lovely, and memorable.
Pros:

In the middle of all the fun in Florence. Everything was in a walking distance. Despite that being in a crowded area, the windows had decent isolation.

Cons:

Nothing major, sometimes there was a strong detergent smell in the room.

Super zentrale Lage, einfaches, sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Sauberes, einfaches Hotel in super zentraler Lage. Zimmer hatte seitlichen Blick auf Dom - toll, aber zeigte damit auch auf eine der Haupteinkaufstrassen. Zimmer war daher bei geöffnetem Fenster laut und nachts wegen Strassenbeleuchtung hell - Fenster haben aber hervorragend abgedichtet und es gibt Fensterläden, die dicht schließen, damit wieder ruhig und dunkel. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert - bei extremer Hitze. Badezimmer klein, aber sauber und ziemlich neu, Bett war gut.

Mir fehlte Ablagemöglichkeit für meinen Koffer

Pros:

Fantastic location and the perfect base to explore Florence. Room was well air-conditioned , a must in the heat-wave and of a higher standard than expected and great value for money! Staff were so helpful and informative and highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Nice, clean place in the middle of the Florence historical center. I would book here again when in Florence!
Pros:

Wonderful place only steps away from the duomo. It’s on the second floor, you can hear a little from the outside but it’s very quiet. I would not hesitate to book here. It’s close to everything!

Cons:

The beds were so hard. But that is a personal issue, many like it that way.
