A positive experience with clean and comfortable facilities and excellent staff.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff went the extra mile to assist us with a couple of issues we had - different arrival times, including late at night, and lost baggage being delivered to the hotel while we were out.

Rooms - availability of two double rooms in one apartment. Welcoming soda drinks in the fridge complimentary.

Cons:

Checking out - needed to drive car out but no parking available that morning to park the car and then check out via reception desk. Resolved by calling reception and one of staff members came out to pick up the key card.

We extended our staff, unfortunately an over look from staff to extend the time on our room card saw me stuck in the lift😬

Pros:

Great location, so clean and the facilities were outstanding. Ideal location for a base for the city being so close to the CBD and Kings park. Great parking facility and a good cost. Staff were so amazing

Cons:

Was a little too loud at night with traffic, sirens and burn outs which kept us awake.
