Perfect location! Amazingly friendly staff! Rooms were clean, modern, always thoroughly turned over. Room descriptions and pictures are accurately depicted. All pictures of the property pictures are exactly as described. Gym and spa are wonderful and breakfast is as good as any confitería. As an Argentinian, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

A great hotel in a great area. The staff are amazingly helpful and i am grateful to them for understanding my circumstances.

5 star service and quality at significantly lower prices. We had a lot of special requests and al were handled, politely, promptly and correctly. The staff is as well trained as at hotels charging 2 or 3 X .. Especially big shout out to both Melanie and Alejandra ,at the front desk are outstanding!!

The hotel was fine and just as expected for its star rating. It is in a good central location for exploring the city. The service was very helpful and very friendly – they even accepted an email to print out a boarding pass for on line flight check in. If I return to the city I will book this hotel again.

Nice renovated hotel with decent sized rooms and good AC. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was better than most others we've seen with a variety of eggs, potatos, pastries and fruit. My only complaint is that the room had a slight sewage smell to it.

I changed the rooms they gave me because they weren't the ones I expected. After changing everything went great

We had two rooms and two bathrooms, clean and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and good. The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, close to subte and buses.

Lovely staff who were really accommodating with booking tango and taxis. We felt the lobby was grander than the rooms, rooms possibly a little small and outdated but comfortable enough. The choice at breakfast was a little minimal. Great location!

Great location. Breakfast is a disappointment and not even fully ready at the opening time. It would be better to start at 7am instead of saying 6.30 and half of things missing.

The property was centrally located. Perfect location! During our stay one of the elevators was down and they were having issues with the wifi going in and out. The air conditioning in our room was either too high or not enough. Could not adjust the temp in room. It may have just been bad timing - without these issues I would have given hotel higher review.
