Hot breakfast offered(eggs, meat, waffles) also liked the individual bottles of juices and milk and kept in the fridge.

There were people that appeared to be sleeping g in their van in the parking lot. Every time I came or went from the end door it was propped open. Did not feel secure staying alone with my 4 yr old grandson. King size Bed had huge dips in it on both sides of bed. Worst night of sleep in a hotel for me.

This room was disgusting. There were stains on the comforter, couch, and desk chair that had not been cleaned in ages. There was mold on the shower curtain and long black hair in the sink (I have short gray hair). The security door that was supposed to require a key to open had a broken handle and was propped open 24 hours a day with a block of wood and it was right next to the creek and woods where someone appeared to be living out of their vehicle and using the facilities at the hotel through the door that was accessible. The only reason I stayed is because I bring my own bed with me so I had clean sheets to sleep on and a weapon to defend myself with should I need it.

Room was nice clean But microwave n refrigerator wasn't clean out

Overall daily Cleanings was nonexistent. Beds were not made until last day of stay. Hallway carpet was filthy. Back entrance door lock was broken & door was blocked open, allowing anyone access.

I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again

Place was filthy. Carpets stained all over the hallways. Rooms smelled. Fridge was dirty with food. Microwave was dirty with food splatter

Area was decent for a single night stay. Clean enough room, and the front desk staff was kind enough to throw some towels in the dryer after a wet road trip. Very dog friendly. I’d stay again for a rest on the way through.

The bathrooms need to be updated. I didn’t want to take a shower due to the conditions.

I tried to request a refund for the stay at the Quality Inn in Fitzgerald Georgia, August 15-16, 2025. We arrived late on August 15th to stay for my father's funeral on August 16th. The lobby appearance was okay. However, the room was filthy. The bed covers were stained; grease spots, fecal spots and food were all over the coverlet. The upholstered chair was so disgusting, we used it only to hold the filthy bedding. The AC vend was visible so full of dust, I was afraid to run the AC. Due to temperatures over 90 degrees, we had no choice. I spend over 40 minutes changing bedding, wiping drawer handles, refrigerator, food splatter out of the microwave, desk and bed table surfaces, tubs, and fixtures. The filthy was evident on the Lysol wipes that I used. Unfortunately, there were no suitable alternatives in the immediate area. I will never stay at this hotel again and will rethink if I will use Hotels.com for future accommodations.

The room was disgusting. The chair was so dirty and stained I wouldn't sit in it. The curtains were all shredded, a/c rusted and peeling. People next door had tv so loud I was unable to get to sleep then at 4:30 am their alarm very loudly started blaring revelry not just once but three times. Doors slamming. The young lady at check in was very polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Didnt bother to check out food, my husband said coffee was terrible we packed up and left by 7am.

My stay was an unexpected pleasure, upon arrival, I thought it wasn’t going to go so well. Although the hotel was aged , my room was exceptionally clean and odor free and I slept like a baby, in the bes. I wasn’t sure how that was going to go but, 💤😴 I had a very good night slep and woke to a very nice breakfast. The staff wnt over and above the call of duty. Stacy actually came to my room and helped me with the Wi-Fi and TV. What a great bunch…!!!!🔥🔥🔥

We did not enjoy our stay at the Quality Inn in Fitzgerald, GA. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned. In particular the furniture was filthy, the sink in the bathroom was dirty, and the hair drier was coated with filth. To top it off the fire alarm in the room was hanging off the wall and the TV and air-conditioner did not work properly. The ice machine in the hallway looked as if it had been coated with mud. We talked with several other persons renting rooms in the motel and they had similar stories about the condition of their rooms as well.

The floor was dirty and gross to walk on.

The room was OK.. Just needed more cleaning and wiping down.. Microwave and refrigerator need cleaning.. Covers had spots on them.. Shower curtains was nasty.. Wasn't that clean.. I love staying there.. They just need to improve more..

Rooms were not ready at check in time; waited several hours. Free night was offered but at checkout the offer was changed to a discount ... $59 + fees for total of $73 which is amount charged for this stay.

Got into the room.and daw bugs when pulling back the covers. There was hay/straw on the floor. There were unknown strange fluids on the bathroom walls also. Left within 5 minutes of arriving and drove 30 miles to next hotel at 11p.

The stay was good but the Irons didnt work.
