Great to party and crash, business travel is a NO GO!
Pros:

The location was great with beautiful views of the intercostal and from the 8th floor, you could see the Atlantic.

Cons:

The room, while large and spacious, was very dated. The doors were in poor condition with visible gaps all around and were very thin. You could hear the people nextdoor to you like they were in the same room (bathroom and body function noises included). The music from the bar down stairs was not muted at all by the door to the balcony. When the music at the bar stopped playing, there was a large yacht in the marina that started blaring their music and partied until well after 11 PM.The shower ran out of hot water mid-shower due to small hot water heaters that were under the sink in the bathroom. I was studying for a state exam so the constant noise was a big problem. It was bad enough that my AirPods muffled it to some degree but didn’t eliminate it entirely. I’d say if you are a spring breaker looking for a party spot, this is your place. For me as a business traveler, it’s a for sure no go.

Perfect hotel
Pros:

I had a lovely stay at Sands Hotel ! the rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well maintained. The service was excellent, especially Raymond, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. His hospitality really made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend Sands Hotel and would be happy to return

Pros:

By far, one of my favorite hotel stays of all time this is your hidden gem! The food, the staff, the atmosphere the location there’s nothing to complain about when it comes to this resort! Yidian made my morning and my evenings is so amazing. I didn’t wanna leave. He is the best for valet. The assistant general manager, Raymond Ortiz took care of any and all things very quickly and efficiently housekeeping was outstanding when I needed something. They were very quick and responsive.

Kind staff, comfy room (with renovated bathrooms), poor elevators and dated areas around the hotel.
Pros:

Warm & welcoming staff. Clean room. Renovated bathroom was nice.

Cons:

Got trapped in elevator the first day. I didn’t feel there was adequate follow-up to help me feel comfortable afterward. Took stairs that felt sketchy at night the entire trip and for the amount we paid upward of 1k for 4 nights, time as we factor in the taxes, fees and parking, that was not a great experience.

Very dated hotel.
Pros:

The front desk service is wonderful. But that does not make up for the decrepit elevators, bare rooms, thin towels and a shower curtain that fell twice.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would stay where again.
Pros:

I liked the location of the resort and the ease of parking. The lobby and pool area are maintained and very nice. The balcony/room views are spectacular.

Cons:

The room is in need of updating. The furniture updates are very nice in the room. Specifically, the walls and doors looked as if they had been repainted too times. The blinds didn’t completely close(they let too much outside light through) and one blind broke off and fell down when we closed them.

Valet parking, boxed breakfast passed off as a continental breakfast, no coffee pot in room, wristbands, very slow elevators, the only ice machine location, no happy hour as advertised, hard to reach shower head and shampoo

The breakfast is horrible box with green apple, boring muffin, a tiny yogurt and a small water. No eggs, toasts, oatmeal or cereal. Breakfast included is not acceptable.

Great place to stay
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located on the intercoastal, and a 5 minute walk away from the beach. The room was clean, and had a great view of the water.

The music can be a bit noisy during the day if youre relaxing on your balcony. The hotel has aa place to eat on site, called Sands on the water. I had great service outside at the bar. Madison was very nice and upbeat with the customers. The front desk staff, Allie and Raymond, made sure that I was able to get a room on a higher floor. Allie was always quick to greet us on our way in and out, as well as recommend places to eat, which made the hotel feel like home. Raymond was also very attentive and quick to help whenever asked. Great staff all around, even the Valet, Daniel, on site was incredibly professional.

I loved the lighting by the pool at night. Absolutely breaktaking. Will be staying here again. Highly recommend it!

Great place to stumble upon!!
Pros:

Ally at the front desk was so professional with a twist of spunky. Her personality was fun and inviting making a great first impression for my first time here!
Ps. We came here on accident I put the wrong hotel in the gps and I’m glad I did! Great job ally!
