Any paying guest has the right to expect a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.
Pros:

We appreciated the strong water pressure and the convenient location, which was close to both the slopes and the town.

Cons:

Firstly, the general cleanliness of the apartment was below expectations. Most concerning was the sofa, which was covered in visible stains. The dining table was sticky and appeared to have marks left from previous residents, and the towel rail was noticeably dusty. We also found that the linen was stained and marked, and the hair dryer still had hair from previous guests on it. Additionally, the tea towel provided was in very poor condition, covered in stains and with a burn hole.

The pillows were also in unacceptable condition. They appeared flaky or woolly, had hair from previous guests on them, and were thin, floppy, and of poor quality. This resulted in discomfort and gave my partner neck pain during our stay.

There were also several maintenance issues that should be addressed. The cutlery tray in the dishwasher was broken, and there was a broken hook in the kitchen for the tea towel, which could simply be removed for safety and presentation. Additionally, everything placed on the top shelf of the fridge ended up freezing, which made it difficult to store food properly.

The WiFi connection was exceptionally poor. After running several tests at around 18:00, the average speed was approximately 1.8 Mbps, which is not sufficient for basic use.

We also found that the phone in the room was not working. This meant we had to either use our personal phones to contact reception or walk up the hill to speak to staff in person, which was inconvenient.

Finally, we found the beds to be quite small for fully grown adults, which impacted comfort during our stay.

Great skiing week , ski in ski out
Pros:

We stayed in one of the apartments attached to the hotel . Was ski in/out . we had an apartment on the top floor of the building so the view was amazing . It was quiet at night as it is not in the centre of the town . The apartment is basic and really needs a bit of up grading but all the other advantages of it out weighed the tiredness of the decor .

Fantastische locatie. Skifaciliteiten zijn top. Appartement is wat oudbollig.
Pros:

De toegang tot de piste, de skiroom met skilocker was perfect. Het appartement is ruim.

Cons:

Er waren geen twee persoons bedden. Het appartement is toe aan een opknapbeurt. Toegang tot de Zwembad en Spa zijn bij het appartement niet inbegrepen in de huur. Daar vraagt het hotel 25 Euro pp voor, wat ik veel vind.

Super séjour sauf la literie
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il y avait tout l’équipement nécessaire pour le séjour. Très satisfaisant. Seul bémol mais majeur, le lit n’était pas du tout confortable. Le matelas était très dur. Après une journée de ski, ce n’est pas du tout reposant, ce qui est vraiment dommage. Car tout le reste était parfait. Et en particulier l’emplacement au pied des pistes. Nous reviendrons sans doute si la literie est changé

Pros:

We had a two bedroom apartment which was decent . Location is ski in ski out. Ski boot room is ok. The disappointment is that unless you’re staying in the hotel you have to pay for the wellness facilities which is 25 euros per day per person.

Convenient & comfortable stay in heart of Tignes Le Lac
Pros:

Apartments are a bit dated but clean, as advertised and in a great location. Boot room had direct access to main lift area. Sauna was a hit with the kids.

Cons:

TVs didn’t work, no Wifi.

I lost a key from the room for wich I was charged for 50 euro. By my oppinioum it's too much for just a key.

très bons souvenirs, à refaire !
Pros:

PISTES AU PIED DE LA RESIDENCE, parking en sous sol, très bon accueil à la réception, calme dans les appartements, appartement bien agencé, petit balcon, vue sur les pistes, location de matériel de ski au bas de la résidence.

Cons:

le casier des skis était petit pour 4 personnes.
