AluaSoul Palma - Adults Only

Such a lovely hotel! Staff were so friendly. Bar staff were brilliant and nightly entertainment was really good. Breakfast was varied and plentiful . A bonus for us was to meet doggies regularly around the hotel!! My husband celebrated his birthday while we there and they left cake in our room while we were out. Such a lovely gesture. Thank you for everything.

We only stayed here for a little trip away and used this as a base. For what we needed it for it was perfect. Hotel was perfect for us. The receptionbstaff were lovely the sea view room was amazing breakfast was very good with a great selection. We used the local transport which was so easy to use. The number 35 at the top of the road straight into palma. We also did the train to soller n port de soller which is an absolute must.
Hotel is really close to the hotel too and we used the public transport too and from.

Beautiful ,friendly clean hotel . Plenty of choice with the food .Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 4 nights in a superior sea view room. Comfortable bed, lovely toiletries in bathroom. Room was clean with daily maid service. Breakfast varied and quality. Gluten free corner provided bread, a dedicated toaster, rolls and cornflakes.
At the evening buffet the staff were knowledgeable about what was suitable for a coeliac. A very rare quality at hotels in my experience.
Pool area lovely though pool closed till mid April as too cold.
Bar staff friendly.
Good location though you can hear planes taking off at airport, very close proximity. Probably worse on one side of hotel than the other.
Would definitely choose again if in palma.

Fantastic Hotel in a Fantastic Location, the hotel has lovely modern and comfortable rooms and is very clean throughout the hotel and inside the hotel rooms. The Staff in the hotel were really helpful. Pool area was really clean and Pool of a really good size. We were able to relax in our rooms on an evening with very little noise about and also relax by the pool due to it having a fantastic atmosphere. Entertainment on an evening wasn't the best so found ourselves taking drinks back to the room and chilling on the balcony. But this is something we were completely happy to do. Will certainly use this hotel again if visiting Palma

The stay was very satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great, they had a variety of options

AluaSoul Palma is located by the sea, only 10 minutes from the airport, PMI and a 15-minute drive from Palma town. There are shops and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance, or a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is adults only and offers rates throughout the range to all-inclusive at competitive prices. There is a nice pool area facing the sea and for premium guests there is also a rooftop pool with amazing view. On the lobby level is the bar and restaurant as well as the executive lounge, and on the first floor is a small gym. As it is an all-inclusive hotel, there is a range of activities in an around the hotel to take part in at your leisure. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of space and good size bathrooms. The suites are amazing with a nice balcony and plenty of space for both work and leisure. Excellent location for a stopover as well as exploring the whole island.

What a fantastic hotel, the staff are lovely, very helpful, it’s clean, modern and the food is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble we just up-graded our room and the reception were wonderful

Great location , large clean AC rooms with a balcony and very nice view . Rooms were cleaned daily and staff were mostly helpful particularly Aleks and Pilar (?) at reception . Management could be better as we did not get the type of room with sea view which we booked months ago and there was no plan in place to do it when we checked in. We had to work hard to get it eventually. We stayed there for 8 days half board. Quality of food with plenty of choices was very good for both breakfast and dinner.

Very clean and tidy hotel with great staff and large clean bedrooms. Aircraft noise was not too much problem but the constant barking dogs in the residential houses does ruin things a bit. We were on the 4th floor with a sea view which was great but noise prevented you from enjoying the balcony much. Air conditioning was set to go no lower than 18 degrees so on a very hot few days was of no use at all.
Breakfasts were good but the buffet style evening meal at €25 per head was not such good value.
All in all a good hotel in a lovely position

Beautiful hotel located very close to the airport and all the beautiful beaches. Very clean and well equipped hotel with the most friendly staff . Great food and great atmosphere for couples or solo trip where you just want to relax .

Hotel was fabulous
Went for a birthday weekend with friends. Staff very helpful with anything we asked. Including buss timetable into Palma.
Breakfast was exceptional every morning. Huge selection of food.
Pool great. Lots of sunbeds and loungers. Towels supplied.
Bar with good selection if drinks and snacks.
Rooms hood size with comfy beds. Only downside was you could hear the planes as very close to airport,they practically fly past the window if you are facing the back of the hotel. Wasn't a huge problem for me but did keep one of my friends awake every night.

I had a great time at Alua Soul Palma! The staff were friendly, the housekeeping work very hard and the rooms were so clean. We paid slightly extra for a side sea view room and we got 2 balconies on the top floor and access to the sky pool! It was fantastic and well worth the slightly extra money. The breakfast selection was great and the table service from around the pool was excellent. The one area for improvement (only slightly) is the evening buffet was themed nights, such as Italian and we didn’t feel there was a huge selection that matched the themed cuisine but it was still very enjoyable and I will definitely be looking at alua hotels for the future! We’ve just spent 4 nights at this hotel, with half board, so we ate in the restaurant 3 nights out of 4.
We received a warm welcome on arrival and our room (My Favourite Club sea view) was really lovely. Huge bed, big balcony, fridge full of included drinks on arrival, and lots of other little extra touches.
Food was good for both breakfast and dinner. All of the staff were really friendly.
The Sky Pool on the roof, for My Favourite Club rooms, was stunning and mostly very quiet. We had it to ourselves a lot of the time.
Drinks were really reasonably priced in the restaurant and bar, and quite a bit cheaper than in Can Pastilla town. Alex and another lady did a great job looking after everyone in the bar every evening. The entertainment was great too - mostly quite low key, duos and small bands. Very talented.
Nowhere was ever crowded. Plenty of seats and loungers every day.
A short walk into Can Pastilla, and around €17 in a taxi or Uber to Palma, so a great location.

Excellent Hotel and staff and food. Entertainment average but other than that every other aspect was just excellent. Well done keep up the good work.

Stayed for 5 nights recently. Had a room on the 5th floor, room 511, which had a sea view and views of Palma to the right. The sun shone on the balcony all day and the sunsets we witnessed from the balcony were amazing.
The food was pretty good but on one of the nights, the hot food wasn’t great at all for some reason.
Breakfast was good which lots of choice and cava for anyone who wanted it.
The nighttime entertainment was quite good. We particularly like the ABBA tribute. It’s such a pity that not many people stay and watch the entertainment and retire to their rooms instead.
Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were sorry to hear that Manu, who we had met when we previously stayed at the hotel, had moved on. The Reception staff were also really helpful.
We have stayed here a few times now as we love the location.
We will undoubtedly return.

We decided to return to AluaSoul for a short break to celebrate our wedding anniversary (56th) during our stay. Our room 329 ( sun all day) was very nice apart from the odour in the shower which we noticed as soon as we went into the room, this was eventually rectified after a couple of days . We chose My Favourite club H/B as we didn’t want to venture out at night looking for restaurants of which there are numerous, the food choices in the evenings were also very good.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of food & drink choices. The excellent waiting staff cleared your table very quickly after finishing.
It was a short taxi ride from the airport costing €17 each way .
Only a short 5/10 minute walk to nice beaches.
We enjoyed sitting on the sky roof beds are they were more comfortable, we also had use of the balinese beds on the front terrace.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel .
We booked our stay through the Hyatt website and when I emailed the hotel for certain requests they replied the same day.
Thank you to all of the staff , we enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future.
