The location was good

Cons:

Breakfast is very poor. You are paying 14€ for a tasteless and unvaried breakfast.

But the worst part of the hotel without hesitation is the staff.
The evening receptionist, a guy with long hair, was never smiling, never saying hello or answering your queries. I went to spoke to him in 3 occasions:
- At check in: he wasn't at reception so we needed to wait for 15 minutes and when he arrived did not say even hello.
- Asking for room change: The bed was small so I approached him to see if it was possible to have a room with another bed, but he just said that all the beds in the hotel were the same size (that is weird, but ok). And I also mentioned that we were feeling cold in the room so requested a blanket. He just looked for it in reception and as he did not have one there just answered that he does not have an extra blanket for us. I needed to keep pushing for him to move and get one from an office or other room. He did but not not without complaining and saying that it would take time and he cannot assure that he can get us one.
- Asking for a spoon and salt: I got a salad and a yogurt from the supermarket so asked at reception for some salt and a spoon but his service, as always, was awful: "I can give you a spoon". And again, I needed to keep pushing so he cpuld bring the salt from breakfast as well.

Kolmen tähden hotellilta ei voi vaatia viiden tähden suoriutumista, silti rikkinäisyys ja likaiset kokolattiamatot ihmet
Pros:

Parkkipaikka hotellin suojaisalla sisäpihalla, keskeinen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa, huone 5.kerroksessa oli mukava, näköala vanhaan kaupunkiin.
Aamiaishuone on siisti ja aamiainen kohtalainen, riittävä.

Cons:

Vaikka siivouksessa ei ollut mitään moittimista, niin 5.krs:n yleisten tilojen kokolattiamatto oli vanha ja erittäin likainen. Huoneet kunnoltaan vaihtelevia. Risaa jääkaappia, likaista kokolattiamattoa, tukkoista viemäriä ym löytyi riippuen missä huoneessa majoituit. Kertynyttä korjausvelkaa on paljon.
Jouduimme kertaalleen vaihtamaan huonetta, mutta henkilökunta hoiti vaihdon mallikkaasti ja ystävällisesti.

Pros:

Very central location next to a supermarket and some restaurants and bars. Most touristic places can be reached in less than 15 minutes of walking.

Room were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my room was on the 4th floor, facing north where there was a bar's terrace and the bar was blasting music every day until 1 am.
