Good Value
Pros:

Located right in the Old Town and very close to the Viru Gate. It offers easy access to public transport and all major Old Town attractions. I was given a room with a lovely view, and the breakfast had a good overall selection. The staff experience was mixed, but one team member was incredibly helpful and even lent me an umbrella because it was raining.

Cons:

The breakfast had few halal choices, and they were not clearly labeled, though the dining staff was helpful in explaining the ingredients. Additionally, the washroom lacked a hand shower, which I consider essential for modern hygiene - management should consider installing them. Lastly, right after check-in, the receptionist on duty wasn't very friendly or willing to help explain local sights. However, this seemed to be an isolated incident, as the other staff was very helpful and welcoming during the rest of my stay.

Pros:

Herşey mükemmeldi. Gezilecek yerlerin olduğu alanda olması bir o kadar önemliydi. Akşam yorgunluğunu jakuzi de tatlandırarak yorgunluğunuzu giderebilirsiniz. Oda geniş ve konforluydu.

Perfecta ubicación
Pros:

Está en pleno centro histórico. Caminando puedes llegar a todos los sitios. La amabilidad de su personal y la facilidad para dejar el equipaje hasta la hora de check in, o cuando lo dejas.

Cons:

Por decir algo, nuestra habitación daba a una calle que daba a un bar con música y mucha gente fuera, había un poco de ruido, pero la hora de cese de la.musica es moderada.

Освежить номера мебелью и покрытием и отель засияет новыми красками
Pros:

Месторасположение прекрасное. Практически на центральной улице от площади. Оттуда направо налево ко всем достопримечательностям. Магазин продуктовый рядом. Очень удобно что в центре при отеле есть парковка. Но заезд из-за ограничений проезда очень сложный. Ориентируйтесь что вам нужно заехать по улице сзади отеля. Нас навигатор вел к центральному входу через пешеходную улицу пришлось покружиться. Персонал девочки прекрасные, завтрак вкусный, выбор на завтрак небольшой но все продукты стандартные были.

Cons:

Не понравилось что владелец отеля не считает нужным в номерах поменять мебель на более новую. И покрытие на полу уже через чур старое в пятнах. Как бы его не убирали оно уже износилось. Кровати маленькие.

Brilliant location, good intentions, but could be so much better with relatively little effort
Pros:

Location excellent, couldn't be better for exploring Tallin old town. Bed comfortable, soft (but thin) towels. Staff were helpful. Good not to have auto room service everyday - it's not necessary, and is a good eco strategy. Wifi worked well most of the time in room.

Cons:

Tv had NO news programmes in English whatsoever - no BBc World, EuroNews, CNN etc
Breakfast 'hot' food was always cold! Cold baked beans, scrambled eggs and / or bacon is not nice!
NO fresh bread other than supermarket ready sliced (white, brown and rye), which are all ok with 'hot' food, toasted, but not so great with with cold meats, cheese etc.
No fresh fruits, only dried. So easy to have melon slices available mid summer, but no, none.
The 'snack' area in reception is expensive. Why not offer a kettle in the room for an early morning tea or coffee?

Ottimo hotel in centro storico, proprio alle porte della zona storica e quindi a due passi da tutto.
La struttura è carina e pulita, la camera piccola ma non troppo.

Forse colazione dolce non troppo varia.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja hotellin sijainti erinomainen.
Sisään-ja uloskirjautumisessa joustettiin.

Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta tila oli epäkäytännöllinen L:n muotoinen tarjoilupöytä aiheuttii ruuhkaa, ihmiset jäivät odottamaan nurkassa olevan leivänpaahtimen käyttöä ja tukkivat pääsyn muilta. Samoin missään ei ollut mainintaa, että ruokailuväineet löytyvät tarjoilun alapuolelta. Onneksi näki, mitä muut tekivät! Toinen asia: huoneessa oli liiankin hyvä ilmastointi. Palelin!
