WE DID NOT STAY. NOT SAFE, NOT CLEAN, THE WORSE WE HAVE EVER SEEN
Cons:

THE ROOM WAS FILTHY. IT HAD A FOUL ODOR. THE WALLS, FLOORS AND BEDS WERE SO NASTY. WE DID NOT STAY THERE. I WOULD REMOVE THIS FACILITY FROM YOUR BOOKING PROGRAM.
THERE WAS DRUG AND PROSTITUTION GOING ON. NOT SAFE, NOT CLEAN. WE LEFT.
WE NEED OUR MONEY BACK.
HORRIBLE PLACE.

Great place to be alone friendly staff not much of a view but perfect for getting alone time
Pros:

Staff is very nice and respectful and professional mostly quiet def a nice place to go chill at if you want to be alone

Cons:

No view of anything and swimming area never is open

A bit more effort and it could be ok.
Pros:

Check in staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and love that it was king size. Fridge freezer was great.

Cons:

I had to wash my feet before I went to bed because they were very dirty from the floor. The slide chain on the door was broken. The water pressure was pretty low. The chair in the room was grimy and the tables hadn’t been wiped down properly. Other residents were arguing in the carpark which made me uncomfortable.

I guess the fact I walked away disease free and ain't no bugs on me! Dude at the front desk was cool. The people behind the scenes are on bs. Who ignores emails and request from customers? A petty mf

Cons:

Place is trash, whoever deals with the finances is petty. a person cant make a mistake and forget their id at home but still have the confirmation email and get into a room after I had previously paid. Trying to contact the place to work out even a partial refund, they act like kids and dont respond to shit. I dont think its as much about the money as it is about being ignored. F#$k this place. I get it, if your fighting to keep this place standing you might resort to some petty shit from time to time, I just happened to be in that perfect "got em" moment. Take my money and then add more disrespect by acting like they dont see the fn email. Why would you ask me how my stay was? Dumb mfs you know I never had the opportunity.
