The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoons (outside of French school holidays).

Breakfast is available for an additional fee of EUR 12 per person and must be requested upon arrival. Bed linen is not included. It can be rented on site for EUR 12 per person per set. Towels are not included. They can be rented on site for EUR 10 per person per set. Please note that TV is not included in the room rate. A TV can be rented for EUR 42 per week or EUR 8 per day. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Please note that guests have access to free WiFi in the communal areas. C est spacieux, très bien placé par rapport aux ski et le personnel à l accueil et très serviable et agréable. Les équipements billard, table de Ping Pong et spa ont été très appréciés

- glasses were dirty, obviously previous guests didn't bother to clean them, and the host didn't take care of it
- double ask about towels! even though in Booking it is clearly stated that towels and linens are included, we didn't get the towels; when asked, lady at the reception gave me 4 towels, but she complained that our reservation didn't cover them
- parking slightly far from the apartment

Spacious living room with tall ceiling - a pleasant space. Good basic accommodation for a family. Friendly reception team.
Beds with foam mattresses, get hot in the night. WiFi has to be purchased and appears to have a blocker for 4G. Unplugging the router resolved this.

Le cadre était super. Et cet appartement était vraiment super tout était là pour passer un agréable séjour, très grand. Nous pouvons passer 1 mois sans problème. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

I don’t think the property is used to having guests for short stays. It was a great spot for me to get in some amazing hikes and I loved having a kitchen to cook. The pillows were terrible- wish I had the luxury of bringing my own!

Manager totally spoiled our holiday by being absolutely vile on our arrival
the location to the ski lift was close. it had a dishwasher.
the lift was broken and we were on the top floor, so had to carry all our belongings on arrival and departure. the apartment was not that clean on arrival. the apartment was small for 4 people. the parking was some distance from the building. half the light bulbs didn’t work. the kitchen was appalling small. no oven. having to pay for a power cable for the TV in order to use. having to pay for linen (we bought our own because of this). rubbish bins were half a mile away. ski lockers too small for skis and boots and no drying in ski room. too expensive for what we got. I would like financial compensation for the lift not working.
