Задоволително, но паркингът и закуската не влизат в цената.
Pros:

Задоволително като чистота, обзавеждане и закуска. Персоналът е безраличен като цяло.

Cons:

Паркингът е платен и това не е упоменато никъде преди да завършиш резервацията. Освен това не можеш да си резервираш паркомясто предварително и може да ти се наложи да спираш някъде на улицата в околността на хотела, където и без това паркоместата за малко. Закуската се плаща допълнително, което предвид високите цени за нощувка е малко странно, също като с паркинга. Това не е евтин хотел, но в цената на стаята не влизат елементарни удобства като паркинг и закуска.

Το ότι φεύγοντας σήμερα το πρωί ζητήσαμε απόδειξη την οποία δεν ήταν πρόθυμοι να δώσουν και δεν καταλαβαίνω τον λόγο από την στιγμή που η πληρωμή έγινε με κάρτα..
Να πληρώσεις για πάρκινγκ είναι αποδεκτό..αυτό όμως που δεν είναι αποδεκτό είναι ο χώρος που σου υποδεικνύουν να είναι μέσα στις πέτρες.Πιστευω ότι στο μέλλον θα το διορθώσουν.

Second time visiting the Mercure hotel, again very satisfied. Clean, cozy and calm. Amazing service and kind personnel. Already feel like home. Reception staff remembered me and helped me with everything. Check in and out was fast and efficient. They even called taxi to the airport for me ans my colleagues. For me coming from Georgia it takes approximately 8 hours to reach Sofia and personnel made everyone comfortable and very home like. I want to give special gratitude to the same front desk specialist who already second time was supper attentive and helpful. Arbion was not only happy to greet us but also super professional and delicate. Hope we see him again when we will come third time to Mercure hotel because it was a pleasure to see him again. Again he was the most handsome and polite, looked like model. All our lady colleagues highlighted him and appreciated his support and help. I can say only good about the hotel and specifically about Arbion. Highly recommend the hotel for professional trips with large groups. I wish the hotel the best of luck and all good. See you in 8 month.

Pros:

Clean and fresh, nice odors around, comfortable bed, good furniture, decent breakfast, exceptional restaurant.
Most of staff is very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Hardly adjustable AC, no available subscription to YouTube or Netflix.
It would be nice to have a shelf right in the bath cabin for personal cosmetics and some feminine hygiene products.
