Cons:

Şehirden oldukça uzak ve araç olmaması halinde bir yabancı için taksiden başka imkan kalmıyor. SPA içeriği son derece zayıf ve otel üyelerine ücretli sauna çok çizgi dışı. Ücreti de bu dara basit bir hizmet için gereksiz derecede yüksek.

Cons:

We recently booked and paid for private access to the sauna during our stay. While we received the key from reception as instructed, the experience was unfortunately disrupted.
During our session, other guests repeatedly asked us to open the door for them, even though they had not booked or paid for the sauna. This created an uncomfortable situation and made it difficult for us to fully relax and enjoy the spa experience.
We believe this confusion could be avoided if access management were clearer — either by ensuring guests are clearly informed that booking and payment are required, or by having an attendant present to manage entry. This would help prevent misunderstandings and ensure that guests who have reserved the facility can enjoy it without interruptions.
We hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future guests.
