Pros:

La barrière du parking ne s’ouvre pas… musique sens fin…mais le parking est bien pratique
Décoration un peu trop petard dans la chambre,couleurs peu reposantes.
La couette pèse 10 kg c’est très inconfortable
Petit déjeûner très correct

Une petit deception
Pros:

Hôtel un peu « dans son jus ». Surtout déçu de la vue mer qui était en fait une vue latérale mer. Et en plus du côté où il y a un bâtiment moche. À y retourner je n’irais en tout ça pas dans cette chambre et le descriptif doit être clarifié car entre le nord et le sud du bâtiment c’est pas du tout pareil.
Sinon l’emplacement est bien.

Pros:

Accès parking, chambre, salle à manger PMR OK. Personnel en général, accueillants et serviables.
Petit déjeuner sucré et salé, varié.
Vue très agréable.
Accès plage PMR en fauteuil roulant, oubliez. Pas du tout accessible, des marches et de grands dénivelés. Mise en difficultés à plusieurs reprises.

Pros:

Quite simply the nicest and friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived early and they very kindly let us in to our room. The seafront location is brilliant, it is amazing to sit and watch the surfers from the terrace bar and the food in the restaurant was very good indeed. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the parking easy and convenient. We are already looking forward to coming again.

Que d'autre que la qualité du personnel, à tous les niveaux de la hiérarchie, est aimable, prévenant, souriant, bienveillant, attentionné... Avec une mention Rolls-Royce pour la chef d'équipe de la restauration qui est autant énergique qu'attentionée...
Cet hôtel et ses équipes n'ont qu'une seule motivation, vous faire sentir unique et privilégié... Et c'est plus que réussi...

Encore bravo pour leur compétence et merci pour leur bienveillance...

Pros:

Nous avions une suite avec une très belle vue. Bon équipement dans la chambre pour un 3 étoiles, manque de verres ou de gobelets , literie assez ferme . Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et produits de qualités meilleur que dans les 4 étoiles de mercure et novotel

Schöne Lage, Zimmer zwar ohne Meerblick, Parking gesichert aber im Freien gratis, herrliches Frühstückzimmer mit Meeressicht und das beste Frühstück von 6 Hotels unterhalb Royan.
Für Dauerregen und heftigen Wind Anfang September war das Hotel nicht verantwortlich😉

Localisation idéale stationnement de la voiture facile dans le parking de l’hôtel. Un km du centre ville ce qui est bien pour tout faire à pied

Pros:

La proximité avec la plage et la mer est incroyable. Le site est exceptionnel. Au niveau de la chambre, un seul petit problème avec la douche puisque l’eau ne s’évacuait pas correctement mais sinon tout fut parfait.

Junto a las playas
Pros:

El hotel está muy cómodo, junto a las playas y cerca del puerto. La habitación era muy cómoda y con vistas al mar. Es mejorable el restaurante del hotel que podría ofertar algún plato más informal como ensaladas, sándwiches o hamburguesas.
