Peaceful and relaxing
Pros:

They treat you with respect and care. The rooms are clean and it's just a very peaceful experienced experienc for me

Cons:

The pools aren't clean, but i'm gonna pick and choose my battles

Cons:

The room was dirty. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it was very obvious.Somebody had been smoking in there along with the burns on the couch. At the breakfast, people were picking up pastries bread, etc.With their hands , as there were no utensils or tongs to pick them up with.

The floor on my room is really dirty Whe I walked bear feet, my feet got dirty Black.

Disappointing would not recommend anyone to say. Complaint to Head Office to be sent with photos

Cons:

Ther Appearence of the Motel as you drove in. The paint on the outside doors were all peeling and the cutains were hanging off the rails. Our room had a smell due to it ( learnt afterwards that it had not been used for awhile ) There was no running hot water in the bathroom sick, the lightfitting in the bathroom did not work This was fixed however the mess involved in replacing this was left for us to clear up. The curtains were ripped and black with dirt. The plumbing taps to bath and shower were loose. The inside doors were all marked and paint peeling off. The towel rail in the bathroom was loose. Housekeeping was non existent. It said that no pets were allowed however we saw cats in a couple of the bedrooms. The breakfast was poor and limited in choose. We complained and were told that the Motel was going trough a period of improvement, however there was no evidence of this at all.

It was ok, probably won't stay there again

It was ok

Cons:

We were upgraded and then they took the upgrade away from us and give it to another couple. We were standing right there when they gave our upgraded room to the other couple, I guess the other couple didn't like their original room, and the staff ran out and took our key card and gave our room to them!
