Great stay with excellent and very helpful service.
Pros:

Excellent service, especially from Rakesh. He was extremely kind and very helpful in guiding me with the transportation service in Iola, providing all the information I needed. His assistance truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great!!

Cons:

When I checked in they couldn't find my name or reservation and I had to show on my phone that I indeed had confirmation of my reservation! It was resolved quickly though!!
