Important information:

The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoons (outside of French school holidays).

Bathroom linen, bed linen and kitchen linen are not included but can rented on site:
Bed linen EUR 12 extra charge per person per change
Towel EUR 10 extra charge per person per change

TV is at an extra cost of EUR 42 per week or EUR 8 per day.

An additional cost is also required for the following services:
Laundry, final cleaning and daily house-keeping.

Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available.

WiFi access in the studios and apartments is at an extra cost of EUR 20 per week.

Très positif malgré un petit bémol ( piscine) ,on y retournera!
Pros:

L'emplacement en centre ville ,proximité du téléphérique ,parking gratuit, ballade en ville, sauna, salle de sport.

Cons:

Température de l'eau de la piscine à peine tiède malgré nos remarques, les enfants et les frileux ne s'y attardent pas !!

La ubicación perfecta, parking gratis y puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio, muy cerca de todo. El apartamento muy cómodo y tranquilo

Très agréable séjour
Pros:

Résidence agréable propre, calme, proche de toutes commodités. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Piscine en panne sur le début du séjour, mais des solutions nous ont été proposées.

Localisation idéale, proche de la télécabine de Aix 1800 et proche du centre-ville

Cons:

- Tout est en option (wifi, draps, kit menage, jusqu'à la tv et le wifi) ... Bien anticipé avant votre arrivée
- Vaisselle en quantité limitée
- Canapé peu confortable

J'aurais apprécié que les options soient indiquées clairement lors de la réservation.... Elles sont beaucoup mieux indiquées une fois que la réservation est effectuée (dans le mail qui confirme l'annulation a nos frais)

Mencionar la especial dedicación, amabilidad y atención del personal.
Tuvimos una incidencia con el código del buzón para recoger las llaves, y tuvo que venir el chico ya pasados 30-50 minutos de su hora de plegar para solucionarlo, más amable y paciente no pudo ser.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son justas entra la cama de 1'30-1'50 m y 40 cm a banda y banda de ella, la verdad que podrían haberle dado algo más de holgura al construir o diseñar el edificio, por ejemplo: que la maleta llegue rodando hasta al armario sin tener que levantarla a pulso.
