Super stop
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us find a parking space when the car park was full. The restaurant served good food. It was a great stop while we were supporting our son in an endurance race.

Very comfortable, lovely furnishings. Loved all the little touches around the hotel and in the room - nice lighting etc Also, for anyone doing Bushy parkrun this is a great place to stay, possibly the closest hotel, and it's a short walk to the park entrance. I was kindly offered a late checkout to 1pm when I mentioned I had a worry about not making it back in time for the 11am checkout. I could also have left my bags at reception for minding. Would recommend.

Great location and very comfortable.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and very comfortable and clean room. Fantastic location and free parking.

Cons:

The TV did not work and there were no coffee sachets, only a coffee machine which wasn’t very good. The coffee was cool and not very nice.

Comfy stay with helpful staff.
Pros:

Good sized room, comfy bed, huge and soft towels. Reception and cleaners went out of their way to assist us.

Cons:

There was mould on the privacy curtain - due to condensation undoubtedly but a bit unhealthy. Unfortunately the lift was out of order and we were on the first floor with heavy suitcases.

Staff were lovely and friendly, location was good.

Cons:

The rooms wasn't as expected. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, and the room had a very stale smell to it. It was like someone had been smocking in there previously and left a stale smell.
