Very noisy bar area. Guests staying over seemed like an irrelevance.
Pros:

OK not very exciting.

Cons:

We had to switch rooms because we couldn't open the wardrobe.

Always lovely to visit The Park - see you again soon
Pros:

We’ve been staying here for the last 15 years, love the refurb and location. The family room is great as well as the rooms in the main building.

Cons:

Please can you consider putting more than 1 bottle of water in the bedroom (that isn’t payable mini bar)? We had a noisy neighbour who kept us awake this time we stayed which was a shame, also the chips were overcooked with the club sarnie.

A very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel, good rooms, food and staff.
Pros:

A very nice, well appointed and provisioned room. All very nice and clean. Restaurant and meals very good. A very pleasing experience, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Great location if visiting Bushy parkrun
Pros:

Great location for us as we were going to Bushy parkrun. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, good food and attentive staff. Would book again if we need somewhere in this location

Cons:

Not that we didn’t like but hand towels were a little frayed at the edges. Still clean though

Comfortable value, should be a 4 star
Pros:

Recently refreshed rooms with 4 star amenities, lovely ambience in pub and friendly helpful staff providing impromptu early check in. Food great too!

Pros:

Cleanness of the rooms.
Location of the hotel.
Food at the Hotel's restaurant. It was always full of people especially at dinner time.

Cons:

One of the rooms we stayed had a weird smell.
A disturbing loud noise was coming from the air conditioning system even if it was not working.

An excellent location and a fine hotel.
Pros:

unfortunately after one night of our three night stay the lift stopped working; we were on thee second floor and stairs are impossible for my wife. The man on reception, Diego, was very understanding of the situation and immediately organised a new room on the ground floor. the evening meal was delightful and the service excellent.

Cons:

The broken down lift was not ideal, but not , thanks to Diego, distrous.
