Pros:

The property amenities are really nice such as the pool and restaurants. Great location, Staff was very friendly and polite.

Cons:

It is a high price for the type of accommodations, bed was too hard, the AC looked like it was never replaced the filter. Once I turned on my bed was full of accumulated dust.
They definitely should improve a little bit for the price charged.

Emplacement idéal, personnel gentil. Wifi médiocre, rénovations à faire, vaut une étoile en moins !

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pieds et personnel gentil.

Cons:

Wifi médiocre, hôtel vieillissant, les équipements tel que tapis/descentes de lits, têtes de lits sont à revoir. Les baignoires sont écaillées et les serviettes usées sont retirées mais pas remplacées ?! Il faut à chaque fois signaler l'absence de serviettes qui sont toutes rêches d'ailleurs... L'eau sur place est chère et on vous interdit clairement de faire les courses... Pour ce prix, on mérite mieux ! Le préposé à la cuisson des oeufs au buffet du petit déjeuner est désagréable, malpoli et acariâtre. Peut-être faudrait-il qu'il fasse un autre métier ou alors sans contact avec les clients !!!

Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, en el barrio del Hivernage, cerca de la medina, a donde se puede llegar fácilmente caminando desde el hotel, pero en una zona más tranquila.
El desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

Habitación: mobiliario antiguo y en mal estado en baños. Necesidad de reforma. Estado insuficiente para un hotel de esta categoría y precio. Conozco otros más económicos y mejor preparados en Marrakech.
Relación calidad precio bastante mejorable.
Habitaciones no cuidadas.
