Un soggiorno che supera ogni aspettativa!
Scegliere l'El Andalous è stata una delle migliori decisioni di questo viaggio a Marrakech. Dal momento del check-in ci siamo accolti come ospiti di riguardo, grazie a uno staff semplicemente eccezionale: sempre disponibile, sorridente e pronto ad anticipare ogni esigenza. Raramente si incontra una tale combinazione di professionalità e calore umano — ci siamo sentiti letteralmente a casa.
La piscina è uno spazio meraviglioso: curata, pulita e perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata tra i souq e le meraviglie della medina. L'atmosfera intorno è tranquilla e ben organizzata.
Colazione eccellente: ricca, varia e con prodotti freschi, perfetta per tutti i gusti. Il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata.
Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere Marrakech con tutto il comfort e il calore che si merita. Da tornarci senza dubbio!

Si je devais revenir au Maroc je ne retournais sûrement pas dans cet hôtel et prendrais plus de temps avant de choisir l

L’emplacement était pratique, dans un quartier calme et très accessible

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivé à 8h du matin dans l’établissement, le Check in devait se faire à 15h mais nous avons du attendre 1 heure, donc 16h, avant d’avoir une chambre. Il y avait un nie de pigeon dans sur le balcon ce qui engendrait des bruit de pigeon à toute heure de la journée. Le premier jour la douche était bouché, nous avons dû attendre le lendemain avant que quelqu’un vienne faire le nécessaire. Les lits sont extrêmement dur et font mal au dos.

Le mobilier vétuste,le petit déjeuner nul , pas de réseau internet dans les chambres il faut sortir dans le couloir pour le wifi
