Schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit tollem Pool. Das Reinigungspersonal war unglaublich nett und hat einen exzellenten Job gemacht dafür 10/10 Punkte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich vor allem die Dame die sich um Ausflüge und Touristeninformationen kümmert.

Cons:

Leider war vor allem der Großteil des Restaurant Personals und des Pool Bar Personals nicht engagiert d.h. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt so das sich Vögel niederließen und Tische wurden nicht gedeckt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Leider war das WLAN im Zimmer meist Katastrophal.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, tout était parfait dans l’ensemble. Un grand merci à Marwa, Guest Relations, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Elle a été adorable avec nous.Le seul point négatif concerne le comportement du réceptionniste chargé de la caisse lors de notre check-out à 14h. On a avait confirmé qu’il n’y avait aucun problème à garder la chambre jusqu’à cette heure-là; Cependant, le monsieur est intervenu devant nous en affirmant que nous devions payer, mettant ainsi sa collègue Marwa dans une situation très embarrassante devant nous, alors qu’elle nous avait déjà donné son accord.
Je trouve dommage qu’un tel manque de communication entre collègues puisse créer une situation aussi gênante, surtout devant les clients. La dame a été sincèrement très gentille et professionnelle avec nous, et elle ne méritait pas d’être mise dans cette position.
Malgré cet incident, nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour et tenons à remercier toute les personnels de l hotel pour leurs excellent service.

I will not stay again in this hotel.
Pros:

1-Staff, especial thanks to Marwa and Yousuf, both souls are friendly and cooperative.
2-Location

Cons:

-Dinning hall is dull and cheap chandeliers have made it worst.
2- breakfast is highly disappointing, only one type of bread was available during our 4 nights stay. Our rooms 524 and 314 Commodes were old and dirty (we need to change the room because in room 524 bathroom had no pressure and sometimes we had to wait for few seconds for water to start. Bathroom is bare minimum equipped. Besides one bottle of shampoo face wash and body wash all three in bottle near the shower and two small tablets of sops there’s nothing there. Hotel is not well maintained. It is a four start properly with 2 stars facilities.

Don't waste your money!
Pros:

The rear pool area of this property is quite nice.

Cons:

This is not a 4 star level property. The overall property is in real need of a refurbishment - it feels very tired and dated. The bathroom wasn't clean, towels hard and old, no water in the room, no toiletries apart from a wall mounted dispenser in the shower. For what we paid, there are much better options out there, I would not stay here again.
