Pros:

Alles war top! Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, höflich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung.

Rapport qualité prix très correct, c’était un bon séjour tranquille zen et je recommande cet hôtel

Le personnel très accueillant, sympa, et professionnel.
L’emplacement c’est le point le plus fort au cœur de Marrakech.
L’isolation des chambres vraiment zéro bruits, bien climatisé.

Cons:

La profondeur de la piscine 2,5 mètres pour les enfants et les personnes qui savent pas nager et les personnes âgées, y a une petite partie de 1,6 mètre.

The hotel room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent, and the swimming pool was good.
A special thanks to the housekeeping lady on the fifth floor. She did an excellent job keeping the room clean and was very kind and professional.

Cons:

The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

J’ai trouvé que les réceptionniste à l’accueil étaient assez froides.javais l impression de déranger plus qu’autre chose.
Je n’ai pas eu une bonne impression.
Un accueil chaleureux aurait rendu l’expérience plus agréable. Cependant le lendemain, le réceptioniste( un homme) a été très agréable, la différence d’accueil était notable.
