Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel

L'emplacement

Cons:

La réception : je suis venu avec une petite pékinoise. Je sais que c'est interdit, mais le réceptionniste m'a fait croire qu'il " pouvait faire" qq chose, me poussant à lui remettre une gratification. Mais, après, il me dit que c'était impossible. Il y a aussi le retard dans le check-in. Il n'y a aucune chaîne marocaine dans le bouquet. Le petit déjeuner est mauvais, et il y a des escaliers entre le restaurant et la piscine qui ne sont pas dans les normes...Bref, cet hôtel ne mérite même pas les 2 étoiles.

Pas de téléphone pas de clim sans bruit pas de repos personnel à revoir pr certains !
Dommage bien placée hôtel sans clim partie commune bon courage par ce temps !!!

Nous nous sommes détendu et avançons bien manger .
Pros:

Un établissement très bien placé,
Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable ,souriant ,accueillants ,serviable et attentionné.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet établissement.
La piscine est magnifique et si l’on cherche un coin d’ombre il y en a !

Alors je vais etre rapide...fuyez cet hotel qui ne mérite mérite qu une étoile et encore juste pour le personnel et la piscine
Nous avons choisit demi pension mais il n y avait rien le soir en repas juste de la bouillie des légumes fatigués l hotel est défraîchie le personnel est gentil mais ca ne suffit pas !! Nous avons du changer d hotel tellement celui la etait pourri il y a a 3 minutes à pieds 3 ou 4 hôtels pour un prix plus ou moins similaire l hotel est bien place donc ca c est un bon point mais c est tout il ne vaut pas du tout les hôtels a marakech !

Demi pension inexistante
2 lits dans la chambre mais trop petit pour un couple nous avons fait lit a part du coup
Petot déjeuner toujours pareil et pas tres copieux
Il fait revoir le côté salé qui est juste immagable bref fuyez cet hotel
