🚨 A terrifying and traumatic experience caused by serious safety failures and unacceptable management.
Pros:

The hotel refunded our accommodation after the fire. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the way the emergency and its aftermath were handled.

Cons:

🚨 A fire broke out at around 6:00 a.m., but the fire alarm never sounded and no staff member came to evacuate us. We woke up only because of the smell of smoke.

Our children had been placed several rooms away from us despite our request to have adjacent rooms. I tried to reach them, but the corridor was filled with thick smoke and I could barely breathe or see. I was forced to turn back while also trying to protect our 11-month-old baby. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of our lives.

The emergency response was chaotic and unprofessional. We waited around 8 hours in the lobby with our children and baby. The managers avoided facing guests directly and left their staff to deal with angry and frightened families. No one spoke to each family individually, accepted responsibility, or asked what support they needed. We were not even offered a bottle of water after such a traumatic event.

Although the hotel refunded our stay, they refused to compensate guests for the trauma and danger we experienced. We believe the hotel failed in its most basic duty to ensure guest safety through functioning fire alarms, proper evacuation procedures, and competent emergency management. I intend to pursue legal action, and many other affected families have expressed the same intention.

Hier moet je best boeken voor te kunnen slapen ;ontbijt en avondeten en voor te zwemmen.ik heb veel geld betaald maar wa

Het zwembad was heel groot en goed om af te koelen.

Cons:

We hebben een all in betaald, maar er wordt nergens vermeld dat je drank, zelf water apart moet aankopen. Het buffet was enkel ontbijt en dinner, lunch was een beknopte menu waar je uit 3 gerechten kon kiezen. Het buffet was zeker niet kindvriendelijk. Mijn zoon van 12jaar kon daar niets eten.

Transats et matelas sales , tables piscine sales , sol piscine sale et dégradé . Eau parfois trouble
- fermeture de la salle de sport et SPA donc inutilisables cause travaux mais pas mentionnés à la réservation

Je n’ai rien apprécié de l’établissement

Cons:

L’établissement nous a fait croire qu’il n’avait pas eu un incendie afin de ne pas perdre une reservation, les couloirs était enfumé et le spa ainsi qu’une chambre avait pris feu
