Problème de bruit

De 20h a 00h30 le voisin du dessus a fait énormément de bruit.... saute court fais tomber des trucs.... j'ai appelé le numéro noté sur le livret d'accueil un numéro a cherbourg... mais il a pu rien faire.... on a du prendre notre mal en patience..... avec 2 jeunes enfants....
Et quand je l'ai dis le matin.... la dame a juste dit désolé....

Rapport qualité prix (surtout emplacement / prix)

Cons:

Propreté des chambres (ex : emballage de beurre au sol, frigo sale…).
Et surtout l’alarme incendie active pendant un bon 15min pour rien !!!

La grandeur de appartement parfait. Tout étais propre la literie super.
