Pros:

la vu avec les arbres qui rafraichissait ma chambre etait très bien. c'était calme et agréable et pres du CHU de CAen ou je devais me rendre. juste quelques défauts concernant la pomme de douche qui ne tenait pas et tombait souvent. concernant la cuisine, je n'en ai pas eu l'utilité donc je ne peux rien dire.

Petit déjeuner quelconque.
Excellent accueil du personnel !

Cons:

Douche dangereuse : sol très glissant dès l’utilisation du savon, marche d’accès trop haute.
Suggestion : carpette anti dérapante, poignée pour se rattraper… idéal, remplacement par une douche plein pied à l’italienne.

Pros:

Au calme, vue côté parking avec terrasse un samedi au dimanche.

Cons:

Manque un peu de propriété. ( Poussière visible sur les abat-jour de lampe ( noir) , poussière sur les radiateurs électriques, cheveu de femme au Sol et dans la baignoire. ) Si non dans l'ensemble c'est correct pour juste une nuit de passage dans la région. Passage avec deux enfants de 3 et 7 ans .

Da quando siamo arrivati abbiamo capito che la nostra vacanza sarebbe stata rovinata: alla reception chi ci ha ricevuto è stato sgarbato e scortese, faceva finta di non capire cosa chiedevamo anche se sapevamo parlare in francese e inglese. Le camere molto trasandate e soprattutto sporche, infestare da scarafaggi, abbiamo passato tre notti infernali di caldo perché gli ambienti non sono condizionati e alla richiesta di un ventilatore ci hanno risposto che lo avevano finiti. Non hanno mai risposto alle nostre richieste.

Kamers die dringend moeten gerenoveerd worden

De vrouw aan de balie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij het inchecken ook de dame in de eetzaal van het ontbijt was heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt was basic maar wel voldoende en verse producten

Ik reisde met mijn kleindochter van 12 jaar we hadden voor een studio gekozen met kitchenette.Toen we toekwamen deden de kookplaten het niet we hadden van thuis spaghetti en saus mee voor de eerste avond dus die konden we niet opwarmen.
Ook het licht en dampkap deden het niet we hebben dit gemeld aan de receptie maar werd niks ondernomen! De dag erna was het wel opgelost het was een zekering die stuk was .
Het keukengerei was heel pover 1 steelpannetje en 1 braadpan dat was het !
De badkamer had een rioolgeur niet normaal die kwam Uit de afvoer van de douchebak we hebben dan een kommetje uit de keuken erop gezet en dan was het beter .
In de keuken lagen de tegels los gebroken op de vloer .
We waren er voor 1 weekje en vroegen na 3 dagen nieuwe handdoeken maar nooit gekregen ik heb dan maar op de gang in de voorraad kast zelf handdoeken gaan halen .
De kamers zijn aan renovatie toe wij gaan er nooit meer

Cons:

L’accueil extrêmement désagréable
Odeur désagréable en entrant dans la chambre, heureusement qu’il fait beau et que l’on peut aérer sinon je n’aurais jamais pu rester dedans.
