Excellent!
Pros:

Breakfast with good. Location with was close to everything. Didn't take us long to get down to the shop area on Bay Street.

The entire staff there displayed the same level of professionalism and made our stay amazing!
Pros:

Kim, Izetta, and the entire staff were phenomenal. I would definitely use them again. They were so accommodating and friendly. My class held our 45th class reunion there and I have never received such professional, kind and warm reception. By the time we left we felt like we had reconnected with old friends. The entire staff there displayed the same level of professionalism and courtesy and made our experience the best I have ever had. Kudos to the staff of this location. A special thanks to Kim and Izetta!

Wonderful
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, great amenities, and breakfast was delicious. The free shuttle service was great. We attended a concert at a nearby venue and didn’t have to use Uber or Lyft!

My stay was relaxing, accommodating and inexpensive.
Pros:

The smell of the lobby was amazing it was also beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was nice and informative.
The young lady shared information about the city and things we could do as far as entertainment around the city.

I also liked the convivence of being close to the airport and nice restarants.

Mostly good with a few issues. This was my 4th year staining here over Labor Day weekend.
Pros:

Everything.

Cons:

The kids banging on the floor at 1 am in the morning as I was trying to sleep. Then the next morning I had a plumbing issue with the shower fixtures not being connected and we had to move to another room.

Perfect! We were so pleased with the accommodations and the cleanliness. The staff was exceptional and provided assistance in helping us with the television. Breakfast was buffet and the food was hot and fresh!

Saturday night was smelly and not relaxing.
Pros:

We have stayed here in the past. Rooms are clean and the location is excellent for us.

I contacted Hilton via chat concerning a heavy smoke smell in my room when I returned to my room last night shortly after 10 pm. I was told the location was full and nothing could be done for the night. I was told that management would contact me this morning regarding my concerns. This morning and afternoon have come and gone. Not one word from management. Apparently they don't care that we had a difficult time getting to sleep due to someone sending smoke through our bathroom exhaust. I am surprised that this is the way your guests are treated, especially a Hilton Honors member. My room was non smoking. Do better.

Pros:

Very nice place to stay. As a working musician I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels/motels. This one was top of heap. Extremely clean and well kept.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel malgré un accueil glacial.

Hôtel bien entretenu et qui sent bon
Bon emplacement.
Proximité centre ville et tanger outlet.

Cons:

Pas de gel douche à disposition dans la salle de bain.
La personne que l' on a eu au check in n'est pas très polie : on n' a pas eu droit à un "bonjour" et n' est pas souriante. C'est dommage !
