Overall wonderful stay in Charleston!
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel.

Cons:

The property was beautiful but the smell was so strong when you walked in it was overwhelming. It did not smell bad, just very strong. Toning it down would have made it great.

Perfect place to stay
Pros:

Shashank Katdare & Joel at front desk were incredibly accommodating and very welcoming. Both knowledgeable about local area and over all just makes it feel like home away from home. Makes Business travel trips their 2/4 times a month a pleasure to stay at.
We love the breakfast and if any chance can have the Maple Sausage Slices on Tuesday & Wednesday mornings instead of Thursday/Sunday Mornings would be very much appreciated 👩‍🍳👌👌👌
Looking forward to next trip end of month.

Oasis! After flight cancellation….
Pros:

We had a flight canceled and picked this hotel. Wow, what a good choice! Very clean, comfortable bed, and most of all the staff went out of their way to be friendly and meet all of our needs. A special shout out to Whitney and Shashank at the front desk. They went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible, even when we were cranky after a 12 hour layover! Highly recommend.

Best Charleston Hotel!
Pros:

Wow, fabulous in every way! We love this hotel and now this will be our "go to" Charleston hotel. The rooms incredibly clean, the staff the very best of the best, the location, easy on/off freeway, and ambience, serene! Love this place. We will be back soon. Thank you especially to Kim at the front desk for her knowledge of the area and were to go for good food!
