Localização excelente, café da manhã bom, atendimento de restaurante e bar excelentes (destaque para atendente Joelma do lobby/bar).
Pode melhorar: fluxo de água do chuveiro era fraco e o isolamento acústico entre os quartos ( tanto de cima para baixo , quanto ao lado ) não é bom. Ouvíamos a descarga do quarto ao lado, alguém andado de salto às 6h no quarto acima do nosso e algo batendo com força no nosso teto às 4h da manhã.

Café da manhã mediano, quarto limpo e amplo, mas infelizmente com porta para outro quarto, para ser conjugado, onde passa todo barulho e conversa ao lado.
Em relação ao estacionamento vallet do hotel, ruim pra “caramba”, pois um dos motoristas subiu a rampa dando “pau” no meu carro, e quando nos viu aguardando, ficou todo sem jeito e um outro bateu num cone kkkk.
Atendimento dos Funcionários da recepção boa e área do lobby do hotel bem simplória.
Localização central muito boa, perto do que interessa.
Último andar do hotel muito agradável.

Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Único inconveniente foi não conseguir antecipar o check in e por isso ter que esperar três horas na recepção para conseguir um quarto.

Pros:

É um hotel que já precisa de uma renovação. Estive hospedada há 8 anos e a experiência era melhor, especialmente no que se refere a serviços de café da manhã por exemplo. Antes tinha a possibilidade de pedir tapiocas, ovos e omeletes de forma personalizada para você e agora o buffet fica servido por horas e não apresenta um cuidado especial. Chamaria atenção como pontos de renovação como prioridade: colchão, roupa de cama, iluminação do banheiro e corredores.
