Foi tranquila, fui bem servida, o pessoal do hotel é educado e atencioso.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, próximo do Centro e do bairro Batel.
O quarto é agradável, silencioso e confortável. Senti falta de amenities no banheiro, como espelho menor com aumento, creme, cotonete e de cofre.
O café da manhã é bem gostoso, bastante variedade de frutas, pães, bolos...e um ótimo serviço!

Cons:

Acho que a decoração do hall de entrada e do bar poderia ser modernizada, ficar mais aconchegante e agradável. Ela não corresponde a foto do site.
