Pros:

C’était parfait. Beaucoup de charme et vraiment très bien placé pour le musée de l’automobile et les Rooftop. Parking superbe.

Cons:

RAS, des clients mal élevés dans d’autres chambres ont fait énormément de bruit vers minuit et après 15 min, nous avons appelé la réception pour régler le problème. 5 min après nous avons pu dormir. Bonne gestion des clients pour l’hôtel.

Cons:

La colazione venduta come favolosa arriva appena alla sufficienza per un hotel a 3 stelle sia per il cibo proposto per la location dove è servita che per il servizio.
In camera non funzionava il telefono e per richiedere i caffe, che non abbiamo trovato nella dotazione, abbiamo chiamato col cellulare alla linea telefonica esterna.

Struttura molto curata nel complesso, manca sooo l’attenzione nella pulizia.
Pros:

Ottima posizione al Lingotto. Metro’ per raggiungere il centro di Torino a due passi.

Cons:

La camera carina ma poco pulita, con molta polvere e macchie sul pavimento.

Hotel elegante con materasso comodo e ottima colazione
Pros:

La struttura è tenuta bene ed è elegante. Il letto era molto comodo e c'erano due cuscini a persona di due altezze leggermente diverse. In camera il kit di benvenuto è molto ampio (c'è anche la crema per il corpo) e si trovano due bottigliette d'acqua, il bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda. E' presente il ferro da stiro con l'asse. La pulizia è adeguata, la televisione molto grande. La colazione è abbondante e c'è molta varietà. L'ambiente è tranquillo, ci sono tende scure.

Cons:

Il prezzo è un po' alto se consideriamo che siamo fuori dal centro di Torino. In camera alcuni segni di usura qua e là. L'insonorizzazione andrebbe migliorata.
