Spokojny hotel na uboczu, czysty, ale dla gości z niedużymi wymaganiami
Pros:

Polecam pokoje z widokiem na morze. Lokalizacja tuż przy plaży, nieco oddalona od centrum, ale na tyłach hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego co kilka minut odjeżdżają autobusy do centrum Ostii i stacji kolejki Metro Mare. Zameldowaliśmy się o 1 w nocy, ale nie było problemu - recepcja była czynna. Generalnie hotel ma trochę mankamentów, ale jest czysty, dobrze utrzymany, a pokoje są codziennie dokładnie sprzątane.

Cons:

Największym mankamentem jest śniadanie. Serwowane do godz,. 10, ale gdy zeszliśmy w sobotę o godz. 9, zastaliśmy pusty bufet – nie było serów, wędlin, naleśników ani jajecznicy. Zwróciłem uwagę personelowi, ale zostałem potraktowany niegrzecznie. Z upływem czasu jajecznica została uzupełniona, ale sery czy naleśniki - już nie. Wybór jedzenia był ekstremalnie mały. W sali śniadaniowej nie ma ekspresu do kawy - jest tylko kawa z termosu, niesmaczna. Cappuccino jest dodatkowo płatne, można je zamówić, ale do baru, gdzie składa się zamówienia, stała długa kolejka gości. Standard śniadania przypominał raczej 1-gwiazdkowy hotel.
W pokojach brak zestawów do przygotowywania kawy czy herbaty, to też sugeruje, że hotel powinien posiadać mniej niż 4 gwiazdki.

Esperienza negativa per quanto mi riguarda.
Dopo avere letto tutto sulla struttura, all'arrivo scopro che le spese per gli animali sono ben 30 euro al giorno!!!
Ovviamente non è stato messo in descrizione, per un effetto sorpresa..
Per quanto riguarda la camera, c'è la presenza di formiche e la vista fuori al balcone è da brividi( palazzi che cadono a pezzi ) senza parlare della presenza di guano di piccioni.
Altamente Sconsigliato

Belle vue mer pour les chambres paisibles face mer.
Pros:

Les chambres face mer ont une très belle vue (voir photo). Le personnel est très sympathique. Le front de mer est propice aux ballades à pied, en vélo électriques ou trottinettes électriques (on en trouve à proximité et une piste cyclable/trottinettes en double sens longe la mer). Les plages sont toutes équipées de douches gratuites. le site d’ostia antica est à faire (prévoir une demi journée). L’accès à Rome est simple (bus à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel qui nous amène à la gare puis métro aérien vers Rome).

Cons:

Les chambres sur cour sont sombres. Les vitres sont opaques pour cacher la vue sur des immeubles en très mauvais état (voir photo). C’est loin du centre-ville qui est animé (10 minutes de trottinette électrique, 1/2 heure à pied), loin de la gare pour aller à Rome (20mn de bus) et loin des plages sympas (la plage devant l’hôtel est une plage accessible aux chiens et n’est pas propre et la première plage avec des commodités (bar, transats, surveillants de plage …) est à 10/15 minutes de marche). La marina à proximité a peu d’intérêt. Prévoir un budget trottinette électrique ou vélo électrique. Pour les vélos, le front de mer est tellement long et l’hôtel tellement excentré que le dernier parking pour les vélos électriques lime (le seul fournisseur de vélos électriques à ma connaissance) est à 200m de l’hôtel. Nous n’avons utilisé que des trottinettes électriques DOTT que l’on peut garer devant l’hôtel, car arrivés sur la parking lime, on n’est pas certain d’avoir des vélos.
