Pedi más papel a recepción y me dijeron que no había, que solamente está disponible lo que dejan cuando se hace la limpieza de los cuartos, así que tuvimos que comprar nuestro propio papel para el baño Estuvimos sin agua caliente un par de noches.

La ventana de mi habitación daba a un pasillo interno.
Estuve en un segundo piso y no tiene ascensor.
La ventana del baño estaba fallando.

Hay personal del hotel hablando de pasillo a pasillo desde muy temprano.
Fuera de eso el servicio fue muy bueno y repito, lo mejor es la ubicación.

the hotel location couldn't be better. Just near the zocalo. stuff were helpful and friendly. especially the woman in the mornings. all spoke good english

Cons:

the room was small. it was facing an inner court with a roof abve it so there was no natural at all. you coudnt rell if it is night or day. there was a lot of noise from the guests on other rooms
