A lovely place to stay in Lugo.
Pros:

Excellent place to stay, very well equipped and clean, in a perfect location close to the bus station and the center. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is delicious. I also got an upgrade to a much bigger room which was a great bonus for me after the whole day of travelling.

Cons:

Didn’t get how to use the air conditioning since it was quite hot in the room but I guess I could have just asked the staff.
