Pros:

Man kann direkt vor aber auch hinter dem Hotel in der "weißen" Zone - normale weiße Parkstreifen auch parken. Die Straßenbahn fährt vor der Tür ab ins Zentrum.

Hotel bonito pero mejorable
Pros:

El personal muy amable y dispuesto, todo super limpio y elegante. Hay actividades de ocio cada día a diferentes horarios, incluido conciertos y pequeñas fiestas por la noche. Está al lado de la playa y hay parking gratuito justo enfrente.

Cons:

Muy pocos ascensores. La gente tenía que subir y bajar por las escaleras incluso siendo de un octavo. Se saturaban y podías estar más de 15 minutos esperando para subirte a uno.
En las habitaciones hay pequeñas humedades en algunos rincones y nuestra habitación tenía una puerta que daba con la habitación de al lado, se escuchaba todo y las paredes son muy finas. Literalmente podíamos abrir esa puerta y entrar a la habitación de al lado si no ponían el seguro.

Pros:

Nos gustó todo, el hotel era muy bonito y el personal muy amable, siempre que se cruzaban contigo te sonreían, la habitación era fantástica, estuvimos en la 1017 por un error, nos gustó mucho.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que por error del hotel nos dijeron que había mucha gente y las de la limpieza iban un poco más despacio, pero que por la tardía nos compensarían con una habitación mejor, no nos importó porque entendemos que esas cosas puedan pasar y sin problema, nos dieron la habitación 1017 y todo genial, el problema fue que esa habitación venía con calentador de agua y cafetera, yo amablemente al segundo día pedí café a las chicas de la limpieza y muy amables ellas me lo dieron por mi tipo de habitación ( que ni ellas ni nosotros sabíamos que no nos debían dar ) al tercer día pasé por recepción y pregunté si podían darme café para la cafetera que son cápsulas, y la verdad es que la empleada de recepción de ese momento muy poco profesional nos dijo que no nos daban, que por nuestro tipo de alojamiento no nos correspondía y ya está, le comenté que los días anterior si habíamos tenido y nos dijo que ella se encargaría de llamar a las de la limpieza para que no me dieran más, en ese momento nos volvía a explicar que nuestra reserva se cambió a la planta superior por Overbooking y no como nos dijeron al principio, subimos a la habitación y no nos dio tiempo a llegar a la habitación que pillamos a la chica de la limpieza hablando con la mujer de recepción, ni 2 minutos tardó, le pregunté a la chica de la limpieza que si me podía dar y me dijo muy amable la pobre que no podía, eso me cabreo mucho más, la rapidez con la que nos quitaron ese complemento que ya venía con la habitación, Cabreada decidí bajar a la recepción y cuando llegué estaba la compañera con el compañero comentando lo ocurrido, le pedí amablemente que me diera la hoja de reclamaciones y me dijo muy amable”sí claro, falta una hoja déjame que te la imprima y te lo doy” yo dije sí claro tranquila, se fue y sin exagerar tardo 5 minutos en volver a aparecer, cuando volvió me dijo que como excepción nos daban el café YA VES TÚ 2 cápsulas, volviendo a reiterar que por nuestra reserva no nos...

Decent for a weekend getaway.
Pros:

The hotel is very nicely located by the beach.the views from the rooms are amazing.I really like the fact that the beach was only for the hotel customers.and I do like the fact that they have a very strict role on how many plastic cups you can use

Cons:

The hotel wasn't very very new.some of the areas of the hotel could use some refurnishing.especially as it is a four star hotel.the food was decent.but it could be better. You would think for four star hotel they would provide beach towels but they do not.
