Non è la prima volta che vengo in questo hotel e di solito mi sono trovata bene. Questa volta ho avuto diverse problematiche.

Cons:

qualità dei letti e cuscini, cameriera di sorveglianza al buffet delle colazioni. Receptionist notturno che non ha vigilato sul caos esterno nel giardino dell'hotel. Colazione non all'altezza del costo

Hotel maravilhoso! Tive uma experiência excelente e gostei muito de tudo. A localização é ótima, em frente à praia, com uma vista linda para o mar, que torna a estadia ainda mais especial.

As instalações são muito boas, o hotel é confortável e o restaurante também merece destaque. Mas o que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento dos funcionários. Todos foram muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos, sempre dispostos a explicar tudo e nos ajudar no que fosse necessário.

Outro detalhe que achei muito carinhoso foi o espumante que recebemos na saída. São esses pequenos gestos de atenção que tornam a experiência ainda mais especial e mostram o cuidado do hotel com seus hóspedes.

Gostei muito da hospedagem, fui muito bem recebida e saí com vontade de voltar! Super recomendo para quem busca conforto, uma localização privilegiada, vista para o mar e um atendimento excelente. Com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

das Zimmer, zwar kein Meerblick, dafür aber lange Sonne auf dem Balkon

Cons:

Der Balkon wurde nicht gereinigt, da Sand auch in der Luft liegt waren die Stühle immer sandig.

Шум зранку, тверде ліжко, мала і не зручна кімната, холод, під час дощу зникло світло, одноманітний і нудний сніданок, не дуже професійний персонал на рецепції, готель старий і не коштує своїх грошей, і величезний мінус старий басейн, яким ми навіть жодного разу не скористуватися, парковка дуже дорога, абсолютно не тягне на 4*

The breakfast,and the staffs were nice.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. At least three times every day, I told reception and the hotel owners that the room temperature was always above 25°C. Each time, they insisted there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning.

Eventually, we discovered that the room temperatures were controlled centrally from reception, and the minimum temperature had been set to 25°C!

This is simply not an acceptable way to cut costs. If the room rates don’t cover your expenses, charge a few euros more—but please let your guests have a cool room and a comfortable stay!
