L'edificio è ubicato sul lungomare di Rimini, in un punto dove nelle vicinanze si trovano svariati locali e negozi sufficienti ad esaudire tutte le necessità.
Già dall'ingresso l'imponente struttura si mostra carina con una piscina in bella mostra e con il personale subito cordiale e molto disponibile. Anche Rudi, il titolare, è molto premuroso oltre ad essere di una simpatia unica.
Per il posteggio non ho avuto nessun problema, in quanto nel retro la struttura è dotata di un capiente spazio privato (con cancello) dove lasciare l'auto in tutta tranquillità.
La mia camera era spaziosa e comoda, molto pulita e curata anche nei dettagli. Piacevole la vista mare. Il wi-fi perfettamente funzionante e la tv riceveva tutti i canali del terrestre.
Anche il bagno era altrettanto spazioso, comodo e pulito. La doccia non era da meno.
Al piano terra c'è un ampio salone per i pasti. La mattina per quanto riguarda la colazione c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta tra dolce e salato (tutto squisito e di mio gradimento) e anche riguardo il beverage non manca nulla. Anche qui il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile.
Il rapporto prezzo-qualità è estremamente consigliato, personalmente tornerò volentieri se si ripresenta l'occasione.

Pros:

Location and breakfast were wonderful. The breakfast area is very bright, clean and quiet which is ideal for the start of your day. The hotel is located next to beach and near a restaurant area.

Cons:

The Classic room was relatively small. It would have been better if we were booking a larger room. The owners offered us a room with a better view but it was slightly smaller. So we preferred our initial booking.
