Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La stanza era bella, comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario. Le pulizie erano perfette e venivano effettuate ogni giorno con grande cura.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione ottima, comodissima e vicinissima alla spiaggia, ideale per spostarsi senza problemi. Molto comodo anche il servizio di parcheggio messo a disposizione dalla struttura.

Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora della reception per la sua gentilezza e professionalità, e alla signora delle pulizie, sempre molto cordiale e attenta.

Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e senza pensieri!

Pros:

Hotel in una posizione eccellente, direttamente sul lungomare e a pochi passi dal centro. Camera molto pulita, comoda e ben curata. Colazione abbondante e varia, con prodotti di qualità. Staff gentile e disponibile. Tutto è stato perfetto, lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei con piacere.

Huone, sijainti ja uima‑allas ovat hotellissa erinomaisia, mutta aamiainen kaipaisi parannusta.
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä. Palvelut kuten rannat, lähikaupat ja yleiset palvelut ovat aivan lähellä. Asiakaspalvelu ja huonepalvelu olivat erinomaisia. Uima‑allas oli myös erittäin hyödyllinen iltapäivisin, siellä on varjoa iltapäivän aikana. Hotellihuoneen suihkun paine oli todella hyvä. Huoneen sijainti oli erinomainen, vaikka huoneessa oli vain osittainen merinäköala, huoneeseen ei paistanut suoraan aurinko ja näin ollen huoneen lämpötila ei noussut liian korkealle.

Cons:

Aamiainen ei ollut niin hyvä kuin olimme ajatelleet. Laktoosi-intoleranssista kärsivälle perheelle se ei ollut kovin helppoa. Henkilökunta auttoi kyllä, mutta he eivät ymmärtäneet eroa laktoosi-intoleranssin ja vegaani ruokavalion välillä. Allergioista oli merkintöjä, mutta ei ollut selkeitä merkintöjä, joten oli mahdotonta tietää mitä pystyi syömään. Muuten oli sekä suolaisia että myös makeita vaihtoehtoja ja hedelmiä.

De l'accueil au départ,impeccable.le service,la PROPRETÉE(tout éte carrelé et très très propre),l'hotel est très très bien située ,nous avons puent rentrées à 2h00 du matin...ils font l'effort de parler notre langue et en plus au départ un très beau cadeau(jamais vue),la piscine super,ma fille en a bien profitée..merci a tous les employée ,réception,ménage...

Läget är bra men det finns många hotell på samma plats.

Cons:

Jag blev tyvärr väldigt besviken på vistelsen. Hotellet lever inte upp till sin fyrastjärniga klassificering, utan känns snarare som ett tvåstjärnigt hotell.

Parkering kostar 25 € per dag, och dessutom måste du lämna bilnyckeln till personalen så att de kan flytta bilen när de vill. Det är något som borde framgå tydligt innan bokning.

Luftkonditioneringen fungerade mycket dåligt, vilket gjorde rummet obekvämt, särskilt under varma dagar.

Frukosten var en stor besvikelse. Brödet kändes gammalt och när jag bad om mer äggröra skrapade personalen ihop de sista kalla resterna från botten av serveringsskålen istället för att fylla på med ny mat. Jag har svårt att förstå de positiva omdömena om frukosten. Personen som ansvarade för frukosten var dessutom otrevlig och verkade mest irriterad.

Bemötandet i receptionen lämnade också mycket att önska. Receptionisten verkade betydligt mer intresserad av sitt eget hår än av gästerna. Fokus låg på regler och praktiska instruktioner, medan känslan av att vara välkommen helt saknades.

Sammantaget motsvarade hotellet inte alls mina förväntningar på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, och jag skulle inte välja att bo här igen.

Da tenere in considerazione per la prossima trasferta e, perché no, anche per una vacanza al mare.
