Simpelt, enkel frokost og lite imøtekommende personalet for å avbestille. God beliggenhet

Kun beliggenhet og fellesrom

Cons:

Veldig små og trange rom. Dusjen var knapt nok stor for en person måtte gå ut for å snu deg. Tepper på gulvene på rommet fikk det til å virke skittent. Sengene var smale og korte. De ønsket å avslutte oppholdet etter kun en natt av fire men det gikk ikke personalet med på de prøvde å vise oss andre rom for å få oss til å bytte bytte men de var like og dårlig beliggenhet helt ned i kjelleren på bygget med utsikt rett i murvegg dette var altfor overpriset og bør gjennomgås av Booking.com. Personalet ville vise andre rom, men de var helt like det vi hadde. De gjorde tydeligvis dette bare for å ha gjort jobben med å vise frem noe annet eller tilby noe annet men som ikke viser å være oppgradering eller bedring. Styr unna!

L’emplacement est très pratique : il y a deux stations de métro à proximité ainsi que de nombreux bus qui vont directement au centre-ville.
L’isolation est bonne, la chambre est bien protégée du bruit extérieur.

Cons:

La chambre est très petite, avec un lit assez étrange sur roulettes. À chaque mouvement, la personne à côté ressent une sorte de vague, avec l’impression d’être presque éjectée du lit 🤣

Emplacement idéal
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à 100m du métro et à côté de Hyde park. Le hall, salle et escaliers de l'hôtel ont un charme fou ! Petit déjeuner buffet à volonté et le personnel du petit déjeuner est vraiment sympathique. Notre chambre avait une baignoire et après une journée entière de marche cela fait du bien de se delasser.

Cons:

On nous a d'abord attribué la chambre 525. Fuyez-la elle n'a pas de vraie fenêtre, on ne voit pas dehors et elle ne s'ouvre pas. Pour 117€ la nuit c'est honteux ! Heureusement on a demandé à changer et ça a pu se faire. Notre chambre la 617 à un lit vraiment petit et donnait sur une rue avec des travaux donc oubliez la grasse matinée (bruyant) et en plus les gens claquent les portes le matin. Londres reste cher et ça ne vaut pas le 4 étoiles de France.

Posizione ottima, tra due stazioni di metropolitana, zona tranquilla ma con negozi e ristoranti dietro l'angolo.

Cons:

se proprio devo trovare un difetto dotare di un secondo tostapane il buffet colazione.

Très bel hôtel de charme et emplacement idéal pour les visites et les accès aux transports. Petit déjeuner sublime. Personnel super sympa et au petit soin

Cons:

Chambres défraîchies (boutons de douches cassés mais utilisables, tapisserie qui se décolle) et surtout literie à revoir, car matelas très dur, et trop petit, couette un peu petite également et sommier non stable avec un effet de matelas à eau. Manque léger d'isolation aux fenêtres et un branlantes. Quelques articles non renouvelés pendant le séjour (bouteille d'eau, papier toilette), mais sur demande les femmes de chambres nous ont fournis les articles manquants.

Beautiful public areas, great location, fresh & extensive breakfast choices. Staff were very efficient and made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

The room was clean and comfortable but just a bit on the small side. Duvets were actually mattress protectors in duvet covers. That said, for a one night stay, the room was adequate.
