Rooms were really small even through stated as Delux i hate to think what standard double is like!! It would be fine for single traveller but too small for 2 people.. we kept bumping into things
I was the same at breakfast too small u had to navigate round without going into people.

Bra läge nära tunnelbanestationer och Kensington Park. Lugnt, mot baksidan.
Mycker bra frukost, men med mycket oväsen då ventilationen lösts genom två jättefläktar i matsalen.
Också bra att vi kunde förvara väskor både vid ankomst fram till incheckning och vid avresan till eftermiddagen.
Valde det större rummet, men det var fortfarande väldigt litet, men fungerade. Eftersatt underhåll på ett antal punkter, men t ex för långa gardiner som någon trampat på så de hängde på trekvart. AC:n fungerade men ibland kallt och ibland varmt, styrdes inte av grader. Toalettrullehållaren lös. Handtag för att öppna/stänga fönstret helt löst osv. Fanns ett antal punkter i offentliga delarna också, t ex så var hissknappen till våning 6 (vår våning) trasig i den ena hissen (av två) så man fick gå en våning upp eller ner. Kändes som att personalen (mestadels indier) var vänliga men okunniga om fastighetsskötsel.
The location was ideal and the staff on the reception desk were friendly.
There were steps in our room pretty much as soon as you walked in that we were not made aware of. My mom is visually impaired so it’s particularly important we are made aware of things like that. Breakfast time was appalling, queues to get a table, the waiting on staff were unhelpful and completely uninterested in the guests. Food was missing from the hot buffet for larger periods of time, no glasses available, no cups on the table. We had to ask staff 3 or 4 times if we need to order a hot drink with them, we got one word answers and they would rush off. We ordered toast after only finishing out hallways through the breakfast that’s what we needed to do (no staff came to take our order or explain this) we waited 20 minutes for toast alongside many other guests around us, and you wouldn’t be able to call it toast it was warm bread at best. When we asked the staff for toast we got a response as if to say ‘oh please don’t talk to me’ very rude, not good at all.
The location was good.
The room was very small, wallpaper off the walls, no seal on shower screen, so soaked whole bathroom. All very tired.
Loistava sijainti. Keskustaan pääsi kävellen tai julkisilla. Kaunis Hyde Park oli aivan vieressä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Henkilökunta erittäin palvelualttiita ja ystävällisiä. Hotellihuone viihtyisä ja huoneeseen kulku oli kuin risteilyaluksella ”astu laivaan” olo. Huoneistossa ilmastointi ja saimme toisen peiton koska varasin vahingossa parisängyt.
