Fenster gingen nicht auf oder zu, die Betten waren zu alt, die Gardinen haben Licht durchgelassen, Teppich war gewölbt, die Tür konnte von Ihnen nicht abgeschlossen werden.

Interesting hotel with good transport links.
Pros:

We booked a superior double, a bit too small for 2. Limited storage space and hanging area too short for dresses.

نظيف ، فيه تكييف ، سعره مناسب و مكانه دقيقتين مشي من بادينغتون و محطة الباص اللي توديك اوكسفورد ، بس طبعا مو حق اقامة طويلة .

Cons:

ممراته ضيقة و الدرج ضيق اذا معك جنطة كبيرة راح تتعب شوي بس.

Air condonit working. Temp over 30degrees all day and night . Reported it on arrival and they quickly sent a maintenance man at 6.30 who said within 1 minute he’d sorted it. When we returned at midnight the room was still over 30 degrees. Reception told us the AC wasn’t working in the hotel and they couldn’t do anything about it. We asked another guest in the morning and they said their ac had been fine. We got no sleep as it was one of the hottest nights of the year so far. Windows had been painted/secured so that they couldn’t be opened

We booked over 4 months in advance for a deluxe double room. We had small shower room at entry level then up 5 steps to the bed in a small cramped room

Hair dryer not working even after being reported. Bed uncomfortable and hard. No view from window. Room cramped and stuffy and split dangerously by four steps

Very disappointing visit
Pros:

Not much to praise, unfortunately. We were originally given Room 002 in the basement, but requested a room change after the first night due to constant noise and the sound of furniture being dragged around in the room above.

The second room we were assigned was already occupied, which added to the frustration. Once we were finally given an available room, we noticed that the rooms themselves were quite small, and the en-suite bathrooms were especially cramped.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was very disappointing. The breakfast room was uncomfortably warm, and we had to queue for a table each morning. The staff appeared to be struggling to keep up with demand, resulting in poor service and limited food availability.

Several items were unavailable, including milk and fresh fruit, and the toaster was broken. Overall, the breakfast provision was extremely poor and well below expectations.

We had six nights here, there is a club lounge on the 5th floor which you can use. Easy access to walk Hude Park, Portob

Great location, friendly staff, plentiful breakfast

Cons:

Small rooms, bathroom very small and inadequate screen for the shower over the bath so the bathroom flooded when using the shower - a shower curtain would be better .people smoking on the front steps
