Pros:

The staff were helpful andfriendly. On my first stay the view out to Dixon street was lovely. It is very central to everything. Clean. Value for money.

Cons:

The room overlooking Willis Street was very noisy. There is little soundproofing so everything in the hallway was clearly heard. The TV is badly sited in room 501 so that you bang your head on it.

Pros:

It was nice and central, could walk where we needed to go.

Cons:

Parking was very limited and had quite small parks. There was a suspicious stain on the duvet in the room.

Room is appropriately sized. Staff were friendly. Good food is available downstairs at the restaurant.

Cons:

The room has a smart TV in it but they're IT department connected it to WiFi SSID "Hotel Trinity". Guess Wi-Fi SSID is "Trinity Hotel Guest". This essentially makes it useless as a smart TV. I have to be on the same network for me to be able to cast.

Power for recharge is behind the bed making it inaccessible unless you move the bed. Weird.

Great stay - once we moved rooms
Pros:

The staff were great at helping us change rooms. The bar downstairs is such an asset, cozy, good food and very friendly staff. Room service from the restaurant was excellent. The beds were super cozy in the updated room, very nice decor and views to the church, it was a relaxing space to come back to after days out. Good location for exploring the city. Taxi's can be found right outside very easily.

Cons:

The first room allocated was very dark and noisy, due to some work on a neighbouring hotel, which we were not aware of. In the bathrooms in both rooms, while clean and tidy, I found there was not enough space for 2 people to use, with all our toiletries and limited hanging space for towels or change of clothes it was a tight squeeze. The first bathroom did not have shampoo or hand soap to use, 2nd bathroom was fully stocked. Also with no air con or ventilation, the first room was not great. The second room had a ceiling fan and window we could open but still no ventilation in the bathroom.
