I had to book the deluxe queen room as the lower category rooms were fully booked because of ultra. To be honest to call this room "deluxe" makes me wonder what the normal ones look like? When we arrived the toilet didn't flush, quick fix but still annoying. The room was super small and pretty run down. The fan in the shower didn't turn on, so the moisture in the room was horrible. It was just not worth the money at all. When the neighbors went into their room the door banged where the whole wall would move.

Great service, location , value for money. Highly recommend this place.
Pros:

The central location, close to Cuba street, shops, restaurants, bars. The arborist roof top bar was great, nice cocktails, pizza etc. We stayed one night on Saturday but our flight got cancelled due to poor weather conditions, so we stayed there another night. Lovely staff let us know the next day that we had left our sleeping masks in the room and they were going to courier them to us for a small fee. Great service, thank you 😊 we’ll be back!

Was in Wellington for a music festival an this hotel was prefect for what we needed for our 2 day stay in the city

Pros:

Loved the bar restaurant and the rooftop bar. Bed was comfy, the shower was great. I got to stay til noon with a late checkout. The room had everything I needed. Great cleaning staff.

Cons:

Noise carries a bit and doors slamming at night from other guests shook the whole building. Wellington is noisy at night, but this isn’t the fault of the hotel!
