Friendly staff, good facilities, easily accessed and very close to the town centre.
Allocated a "lodge" room in adjacent building. Inconvenient for where I had parked. Poor wi-fi, poor lighting, no refrigerator and no USB charging port in sockets
Just right for our needs as passing through with a dog. Lovely staff. Typical conference hotel but tired and in need of refurbishment. Excellent price for room only
Reception staff couldn't be more helpful, My work is nightshifts and they have accommodated by giving me a ground level room close to entry/exit where my vehicleis located, This is my second booking here and would not stay anywhere else.
The property was dated but lent and tidy. Thro room was also clean and tidy but the decor was dated and in Nedd of an update. The stay was very quiet and pleasant. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Staff are wonderful. The room was cleaned 2 times in 5 nights and the 2nd only because i asked. Bed was made up very shabby.
Needs lots of TLC. Its convenient for St Fergus sute and thats about it.
perfect stay in Peter head. Short walk to the golf course Peter had links. Good food big room overall excellent
The staff were all great and a special mention to the manager and reception staff and all the waitresses every one did an amazing job with a warm and friendly atmosphere nothing was too much they all deserve a good pay rise
Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel in need of modernisation but ok for the short business stay I was there for. Breakfast was good. Dinner was limited and quality of food only average, but reasonably priced for what you get.
Has the potential to be a really nice site, with great facilities, however is very dated and in need of refurbishment e.g. gardens over grown, furniture surfaces lifting and peeling, ill fitting covers on dinning area seats.
Clean but basic accommodation. Surprised that there was extra charge £5 for using pool or gym. Pleasant hard working staff. Food average except for being served a burnt slice of toast under the garlic mushrooms - Shame on the chef!
The two ladies working last night were excellent both reception and in the restaurant they have their work cut out being busy but they did an amazing job
Asked about gym hours and access at time of check in, I was told it closes at 8:30pm and I would only have to check in with the gym receptionist. I go to the gym at 7:20pm and am informed that I have to pay an additional fee to use the gym facilities. I ask if they can charge my room and I am told I have to pay before use. I trek to my room, get my card, and trek back only to find they have difficulties with the card machine. It would've been convenient if at time of check in when I had my wallet and specifically requested gym information, that I pay at that time or charge my room so I pay at check out.
No hot water in the room for a shower in the morning. Excuse from reception was that there were only 9 people staying in the hotel. Not impressed and wa unable to wash and shave due to the cold water.
The waterside is great, it is very dated but the price reflects that. There’s nothing else around this part of Scotland that gives you this level of value for money. I wouldn’t go there expecting the world but it’s clean, has a nice restreraunt, a so with sauna, jacuzzi, pool and steam room and the staff are very attentive.
I love the place and will be going back next weekend.
Older hotel but very clean with excellent staff
Service and staff were great
However shower didn’t work properly and there was no soap in the shower either
