bardzo miła obsługa, chętna do pomocy, pyszne śniadania (najlepsze bułeczki wypiekane na miejscu), bardzo dobra cena za jakość pokoju i wliczonego śniadania, bardzo miękkie i wygodne łóżka, schludny ładny pokój, fajna lokalizacja - nie w głośnym centrum miasta, ale blisko niego, zaraz obok przystanek autobusowy, autobus bezpośrednio do miasta w 15 min, do innych miejsc też niedaleko, stacja benzynowa z myjnią obok hotelu to też duży plus, zaraz obok hotelu biedronka, a trochę dalej Lidl i inne sklepy

brak większego śmietnika w pokoju, był tylko malutki w łazience, mało wygodny prysznic - małe ciśnienie wody, trudno ustawić słuchawkę do umycia się, trochę brudny prysznic, suszarka bardzo stara z za małym nadmuchem, pokoje wcale nie dźwiękoszczelne tak jak było w opisie hotelu i pokoju, wszystko bardzo słychać
