Hotel was lovely

Cons:

The breakfast was fantastic great choice of food
Was let down in the evening meal the hunters chichen was way over cooked it was like rubber and the gammon was also overcooked it said comes with chunky chips but they were thin fries

Nothing much the staff maybe

Cons:

The room. No proper lighting in the room. I’ve stayed at 4 stars before this is no way near a 4 star. The air conditioning barely works they had to switch rooms for us. The rooms are so dark you can barely see. No proper wardrobe. No tea coffee station. Wardrobe and coffee station is one. No slip on slipper to wear in the room.

Pros:

There was no phone in the room incase my parents needed room service. The bathroom light had been switched off and we had to stand on a chair to switch the main switch on. There were only 3 coathangers, as there were 2 people occupying the room for 2 nights, this was clearly not enough!

It would have been nice to have spent a little more time in the hotel.
Pros:

The booking got mixed up but was sorted out within seconds. The beds were comfortable and spacious for what we needed. The bathroom was clean as was the room. The bathroom was accessible for our needs. The breakfast was so good, buffet style so nothing was wasted and it was delicious. A great way to start the day.

Cons:

The only thing Incan think of is that the rooms seemed a long way from reception (have mobility problems) but that could be from being tired from the drive there.
