Short. Very expensive car park. Good rooms. Good breakfast
Cons:

Paying to park £10 over night in their own car park was a bit shit. That needs to change. The rooms are already fairly expensive

Very good 👍
Pros:

Hotel very good. Room was large and well very tidy with a Welsh industrial theme.

Cons:

Have now received a parking charge even though I paid for parking on arrival.
I was eventually able to get through to the hotel - thankfully Reece was able to swiftly resolve this issue for me. Thanks Reece 👍

Pros:

Room was nice.

Cons:

I asked for an extra pillow at reception as there was only 2 flat ones on the bed.
An hr later i called down to reception and was told they had been brought up. After I confirmed we hadn't received them they advised they would bring them.
30min later we still had not.
Almost 2hrs later they arrived. 2hrs.

Coffee was not good at breakfast, didn't taste like coffee at all.

Pizzas were like frozen oven ones, salmon was dry, veg was too greasy l not enough broccoli with what looked like 1 full onion to compensate.
Salmon with tender stem broccoli you might assume it would be healthier option. I was wrong.

Good location
Pros:

Location was very good and parking was included. Quiet area with bar and pool table. Room clean with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of choice (although some items needed refilling quicker).Nice bathroom with soft towels.

Cons:

The pillows were very firm and large (would be much better if there were 4 pillows 2 thick and 2 thin to cater for all choices). This made it difficult for me to get comfortable and didn’t get a restful night (stiff neck). Only 3 milk available so not enough for both to have a drink before bed and another when woken (need 4). Breakfast could be refilled quicker as a few items not available until after we had finished.

It is a clean and reasonably equiped hotel but slightly high on price for the value.

Pros:

The breakfast was the best part of the stay

Cons:

It is a very dated building from the outside. The bedroom had a stained old chair in it which made the room feel dirty, along with stains on the floor. The road noise was loud which meant i couldn’t keep the window open for fresh air as way too loud if I did. £10 charge to park.
