The hotel is spotlessly clean, centrally located, and staffed with some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered.

I have to give special mention to Luna, who was responsible for cleaning my room. She did an unbelievable job—so thorough that if the hotel ever needed extra space for performing surgeries, my room would be sterile enough to qualify! That’s how incredibly clean it was.

Beyond the cleanliness, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are always polite, professional, and eager to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, centrally located, and exceptionally well-maintained hotel in Dubai, I highly recommend Hotel Moscow. I will definitely be coming back!

This is my third stay in this Hotel in 7 years. I like it very much because of its constant high standards. Staff are courteous. It is always clean and the food is great.

Stayed here 6 days the hotel staff were so friendly and respectful. The ladies at the front desk all had a great attitude the bell man was the best. I was on the 8th floor at night from 9pm to 3pm you do hear the disco. Breakfast was very good enjoyed my stay.

when i arrived at hotel for checked-in, Staff refused to honor the booking made via Hotels.com. After long discussion both rooms, but both rooms were in bad condition specially bathrooms were not in good conditions, rust every where, badly repaired, Front desk staff specially a gentleman was really rude, never had so bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel, though price was high too.

Liked the location

An old hotel that doesn’t have character or vibe. Like 2 star hotel at best. Staff had ego that I don’t know where they got it from. Many much better options are available in Dubai in my opinion

The hotel is okay for its price point but the rooms, and especially bathrooms, are a bit outdated. However, the staff and employees at this hotel and its restaurants were outstanding during my stay, especially Mr. Ronelo and Aileen of the Volga Coffee Shop. I also had a good time at the Red Square night club, which has a fun atmosphere.

I would say this is one of the best hotel in this area. It's close to Airport and you can find transportation anytime around the hotel. Besides the hotel there are bounch of other restaurants and hookah lounges to visit. And about The rooms its super clean, also this place has healthy and clean food. If you are staying in this hotel don't forget to try breakfast you won't regret it. I would definitely visit again and again.
