Perfektes Hotel in ruhiger Lage für einen Kurztrip in Bologna
Pros:

ruhiges und sehr sauberes Zimmer, perfekte Betten, das Frühstücksbuffet war super, das Personal war sehr freundlich, ruhige Lage des Hotels etwa 30 min zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum oder Bus Haltestelle (21) direkt vor dem Hotel

Camera piccola ma ben organizzata.

Cons:

La colazione scarsa, personale poco attento. Ho dovuto far notare, e non solo io ma anche altri ospiti, di continuo la mancanza di posate, mancanza di pietanze come la frutta e le uova.
Peccato anche dover fare caffè e cappuccino alla macchinetta.
Il prezzo della colazione e della camera non sono giustificati se non è presente almeno un barista con un bar minimo per cappuccino e caffè espresso fatti con macchine professionali.

Dripping ceiling, tried to charge me for a pre-paid room, homeless approach you from the nearby park
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel over the holidays. I had two rooms. The hotel is located near the train station and a park with homeless individuals. Twice we were approached by people begging for food and money while standing outside of the hotel waiting for a taxi. The location is not convenient to walk into the main part of Bologna, we had to take a taxi anytime we wanted to travel there or back. This added about $60 US dollars round trip to anything we wanted to do outside of the hotel. The lobby was all dug up and being renovated and retiled while we were there. The breakfast was good. My main complaint had to do with one of the two rooms we had dripped from the ceiling about once every 30 seconds. The floor underneath the drip was warped, so it has been going on for a long time. I am a Platinum Elite Member with Marriott Bonvoy - so I am disappointed that they would put anyone in that room, let alone me. When I brought it up to the front desk they tried to blame me for not complaining immediately, and I told them that they had to have known about it since the floor is warped and they shouldn't be putting anyone in that room until it's fixed. Someone could slip, and it's also unsanitary to have water dripping from the ceiling. Additionally, they tried to charge me for my second room which had been pre-paid via Hopper. Fortunately, I caught the charge as I was checking out and had to argue and argue with them. The first woman was trying to dismiss it as a "pre-authorization charge", and finally, when I wouldn't accept that, a Manager came to help me and reversed the charges. Be aware that the showers in these AC Hotels are situated up pretty high, and you have to climb up into them and down out of them. Fortunately, my mother is in good shape and was able to do that.

Für den Messebesuch ein sehr gut geeignetes Hotel mit Supermarkt nebenan.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Fußreichweite zur Messe (ca. 15 Minuten), mit einem Supermarkt gegenüber der Straße. Gute, weiche Kopfkissen. Während des Aufenthalts war es relativ leise.

Cons:

Nur Kaffeeautomaten im Frühstücksraum, die mit Kapseln funktionieren. Teilweise Wasser leer oder Funktionsstörung.
Nur italienische Fernsehsender.
