You haven't added any extra beds.
Not as described. Various issues with cleanliness and bed bugs. Images of hotel are from 40 years ago plus. And no renovation since. Hotel is tired and not cared for.
All of it - would not stay again.
Really convenient for Salt Mills and Saltaire. Quiet position in its own grounds.
Water pressure very low in room bath took ages to run and toilet didn’t flush very well
Comfortable room, good location, friendly staff.
Information in the room regarding 24 hour menu available was misleading as the service finished at 9pm !!!
Disappointing.
Clean
I need pay park
It’s location and value for money
Excellent for an overnight stay
Nothing
It was near with good parking
The room was really far
Ideal for what we had to do
Lights in room stopped working was a long walk to reception so we did bother no phone in room got back at 11pm
Pleasant friendly staff
Just very dated
Very quiet in lively surroundings.
Couldn’t get into my room on two successive nights. Kept having to go back down to reception and clearly wasn’t popular.
Tea/coffee/milk needs to be replaced daily even if room isn’t cleaned.
I found a hypodermic needle in the car park on Monday evening , which I told the reception staff about straight away !! I went back to check that it had been removed on the Tuesday morning and it hadn’t ! I went back to the reception desk to ask why ? They told me a manager had to pick it up for health and safety reasons ! I’m sorry but for health and safety reasons it should have been put safe on Monday evening !!
The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable.
NOt good at all for someone with mobility issues. The hotel is shabby in the extreme , some carpets absolutely filthy.
Suxh a shame as the building is beautiful, grounds lovely and it could be such an asset.
It was to hot and there was no cooling fan
The window was stuck open and noisy with the outside noise
Lovely old building and grounds. Good breakfast.
The hotel was a bit tired in places and could do with an update/decoration.
The bed was quite small for a double and we thought we had booked 2 singles.
The milk at breakfast had gone off so was either out of date or had not been stored properly so this was a big no no. It was replaced by fresher milk though.
My husband had told them in advance that he would be using a mobility scooter however the disabled entrance was locked and took quite a time to get him into the hotel.
Building was impressive and our room was lovely
Huge hotel and it’s a bit run down, but still impressive. Quite a long walk to our room in the more modern wing and the corridors were very dated especially the carpet
