I would stay here again
Pros:

Location, access and parking was all very convenient. The room was tidy, clean and well maintained. I slept very well.

Cons:

My only criticism is really about the noise outside the room. I could hear every conversation in the corridor outside and in the morning I could hear two televisions at what was likely only slightly higher volume. As this started before my morning alarm it was a bit annoying.

Had my bedroom been at all warm I should have passed a pleasant few days at the hotel.
Pros:

Bed very comfortable in good sized room.. Bathroom good size and simple and hot shower. Room not noisy, Pleasant outlook. Breakfast, good varied choice and cheerful service. Bar staff generally friendly and helpful. Bus stop outside main entrance very useful to use regular bus shuttle service.. Pleased that bar food was available in the evening. Lovely big wash basin, pity it was cracked.

Cons:

The desk manager on arrival on Thursday afternoon was off-hand and unwelcoming. Fish and chips pretty uninspiring, but at least they fed me and I was hungry. Bedroom and bathroom very COLD.
I was happy for there to be a pre-wedding celebration on the Friday evening by visitors to the hotel, but the very loud , persistent drumming and "horn" music would have woken the dead. I had just woken up after a brief nap, but had i been trying to sleep I should have been annoyed. If warning that there would be loud music outside the front of the hotel had been given that morning at breakfast and near the entrance door, it would have been helpful.

Lovely large hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, great room, clean and spacious, very comfortable bed. Bathroom large with a bath. Very convenient location for motorways, also very near Saltaire I walked from the hotel there, which took about half an hour. The car park is large and no fee, just remember to put your registration in at reception. Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Everything was great.

I had low expectations for the price and these low expectations were confirmed
Pros:

Breakfast on night 2 was decent since it was a busy Sunday morning and the food was being served fast and fresh. Breakfast on night 1 was a disapointment, food left out to get overcooked and unedible, some of which didn't even get replaced.

Cons:

Hotel was seriously run down, room was run down, massive yellow stain on carpet next to bed, bar was depressing, any occasional seating throughout the hotel was depressing, some serious money needs spent on a refurb of this place. Pillows on the bed felt like a bag of spanners if you require any tools for the job.
