Not the best!
Pros:

The room was clean. The staff was very nice. Location was very good.

Cons:

Horrible mattress. The mattress was very soft and felt as if it was an air mattress. Breakfast was terrible. The cereal tasted stale and the milk was warm. Biscuits were very dry and tasted like just flour. Room was VERY small with no fridge.

It was okay
Pros:

Breakfast was okay
Location was good.

Cons:

Not change the coffee and much needed update maintenance on rooms. And different breakfast menu instead of the same everyday. Was there in December and had better experience.
