When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply: a deposit equal to 35% of the total is required to be paid by bank transfer.

The deposit will be returned by bank transfer at the end of the stay.

Cancelations are permitted up to 5 days before arrival. In case of no-show the full amount will be charged.

A shuttle to/from Venice Marco Polo Airport, Treviso Airport and Treviso train station is also available upon request, and at a surcharge.

Pros:

De bonne prestations hôtelières, restaurant et petit déjeuner rien a redire, nickel;

Great location, close to the highway, ideal for Venice.
Pros:

Stayed 2 times already while traveling to work, because it is close to the highway, on the way to Venice airport and close to Mestre train station. Nice people, last time i forgot some things, they stored them safely so i came back to pick them up later. Nice room, missing nothing except the minibar for water, but that has become common. Very good breakfast. Also a restaurant for dinners inside but have not tried yet.

Cons:

Vending machines that dont work with credit cards or coins or money. You are supposed to fill cash on the card key or something. Bad if you are thirsty during the night and there is no minibar either.
