The hotel was in a perfect location to explore the town before setting off on Camino.
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful old building and has a lot of character. Our room was large and comfortable. The restaurant linked to the hotel was very good.

Ubicació i ser un palau.

Cons:

Molt bàsic. Amb pretensions, però deixat, goteres pel mig del palau, personal de recepció molt bàsic, sense solucions ni ganes de buscar-les.

Treated like Royalty
Pros:

We enjoyed the very warm welcome we received from the delightful woman running reception. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and answered all of our inquiries. She walked with us outside to make sure we understood the directions she shared with us. How refreshing to interact with such a gracious person who appears to love her job!

Ubicación del hotel dentro del conjunto de la ciudad

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento en la habitación. Un zumbido permanente, proveniente del cuadro de luces, impide el correcto descanso nocturno.
Instalaciones anticuadas, útiles para renovar o añadir (material de baño).
Orientación de la habitación no corresponde a la solicitada (orientación externa).
Desayuno muy básico; poca oferta y de baja rotación (con comedor lleno, dificultad y tardanza para completar el desayuno)

Cons:

De ontvangst was vriendelijk. Maar de toilet op de badkamer was vies, niet gereinigd. Het bedlampje was stuk en na melding daarvan geen aanbod voor andere kamer of reparatie. Er was pas laat een mogelijkheid om in de bar iets te gebruiken. Normaal zou je een flesje water vinden op je kamer, maar wat er was moest ook worden betaald. Bij vertrek nauwelijks een goedendag. Niet meer dan hebt u iets gebruikt terwijl we toch melding hadden gemaakt van de tekortkomingen.

A pesar del desayuno la estancia ha sido muy agradable , buen espacio, comodidad y tranquilidad
Pros:

Tranquilidad , limpieza , habitacion escogida superior muy buena , buen servicio y atención

Cons:

Para ser un 4 estrellas ,desayuno escaso , a las 9,45 h ( siendo que en domingo estaba abierto hasta las 10,30h) no quedaba prácticamente nada.

No deben de tener media pensión cuando el menú del almuerzo es el mismo de la cena además de no cambiarlo en varios días

Comodidad de las camas y trato del personal agradable

Cons:

El desayuno era bastante escaso y, además, solo había una persona atendiendo, lo que hacía el servicio lento. También deberían informar que durante la Semana Santa el ruido en la calle se prolonga hasta aproximadamente las 4 de la mañana debido a la limpieza, algo importante a tener en cuenta ya que el edificio da al exterior. Si reservo una suite, espero poder disfrutar de descanso y comodidad, cosa que en este caso no fue posible.

Mooi palacio met oude grandeur!
Pros:

Schitterend hotel, oude grandeur. Grote kamer en grote badkamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Waren er met Semana Santa en was heel bijzonder. Ontbijt was ok. Parkeren op korte afstand en hotel heeft speciaal tarief voor hotelgasten.

Cons:

Douchekop moet vervangen worden.
