The rooms are stunning, calm and beautifully designed - a true sanctuary after a day in the city.

Sauna oli todella huono
Pros:

Hotelli oli todella ainutlaatuinen kokemus, esteettisesti miellyttävä ja henkilökunta todella ammattitaitoinen. Huone oli kaunis, tilava ja rauhallinen.

Cons:

Ainut miinus hotellissa oli sauna, jota hotelli mainosti aitona suomalaisena saunana. Sauna oli lämmitetty ainoastaan 60 asteeseen ja siellä ei saanut heittää vettä kiukaaseen. Se oli kielletty hotellin puolesta (kuulemma vaarallista). Harmittaa kun hotellin vieraat eivät päässeet (me mukaan lukien) nauttimaan aidosta suomalaisesta saunakulttuurista. Sauna voi olla suomalainen mutta sitä ei voi mainostaa suomalaisena saunana jos siellä ei voi saunoa aitoon suomalaiseen tapaan.

Everything about this stay was flawless, the staff, food, rooms, cocktails, everything!

From the second we walked into the hotel the service was next level, the staff had even added a lovely set up in my room for my birthday and then some lovely rose petals after my engagement.

This hotel is more than 5 stars, I’ll definitely return.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.

What frustrated me the most was that the spa was under renovation, with no access to the spa facilities or the pool. These are major amenities that justify paying nearly double the price compared to other hotels, and they were simply unavailable.

What makes this even more unacceptable is that we were not informed about the renovations in advance, and no price adjustment was offered upon arrival. Had we known, we would have made a different decision.

Overall, I felt misled and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this hotel

Most friendly Hotel staff I have ever encountered
Pros:

We were upgraded and the room was very spacious - we loved it

Cons:

Room Windows couldn’t open to let in some of that crisp winter air. But that is normal security for hotels - I guess.

Deixou muito a desejar pelo preço cobrado apesar de ser um hotel maravilhoso .
Pros:

Gostei do atendimento de todos os funcionários do hotel , dos quartos , tamanho do banheiro e comodidades nos quartos .
O café da manha é muito bom no New York café

Cons:

Fui cobrado pela massagem que para mim estava inclusa no Spa , sempre perguntei a respeito . A piscina do Spa estava fria .Solicitei um late checkout e fui ao quarto para pegar as malas e trocar de roupa e uma funcionaria japonesa simplesmente NÃO SAIU DO QUARTO , TROQUEI DE ROUPA COM ELA LA DENTRO MESMO , UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO SEM TAMANHO. O funcionário que subiu para nos acompanhar ficou perplexo com a situação .
Havia um bidê no quarto e o mesmo estava entupido , solicitei varias vezes o reparo mas ate a minha saída não havia sido resolvido
