An Unforgettable Birthday Stay – Truly Exceptional Service!

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel for my birthday, and it was hands-down one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but our breakfast experience truly stole the show!

Having breakfast at the iconic New York Café is already breathtaking, but Zsolt turned it into an unforgettable birthday memory. He provided us with an absolutely amazing morning. Zsolt went completely out of his way to make me feel incredibly special for my birthday, showing genuine warmth and attentiveness to both me and my girlfriend. His hospitality was flawless, making a beautiful morning feel even more magical.

A huge shoutout also goes to Patrick, who was incredibly lovely and helpful throughout our time there. In fact, every single member of the team we interacted with was spectacular. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness from all the staff is a testament to the hotel's high standards.
The Anantara Budapest is a stunning property, but it is the wonderful people working there who make it a truly world-class experience. We left with massive smiles on our faces and cannot wait to return.

The hotel experience was excellent from start to end. They greeted us warmly, checked us in early, and provided an upgrade because I boookddc through AmEx. The restaurants were excellent. We had a gourmet meal in the White Salon, a light meal in the New York Cafe, and an excellent breakfast in the Atrium. What is unique to the hotel is the live music played during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beauty of the hotel is hard to describe fully since it truly looks like a palace.I have already recommended this hotel to other travelers.

This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the room, the service, the restaurants and the lobby.

das Ambiente ist sensationell und außergewöhnlich. Der Frühstücksraum im neo-Renaissance Stil mit Kammermusik ist einzigartig. Auch das Atrium im Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Bad gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind erstklassig! Ein Hotel-Zimmer dieser Qualität kostet in Wien das 2 - 3-fache und in London oder Paris das 4-fache.

We stayed at Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel as a family with our 7-year-old child, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warmth, care, and true hospitality of the entire team.

The hotel itself is simply breathtaking. The architecture, the beautiful interiors, and the atmosphere make it a very special place. Our room was exceptionally clean, elegant, and comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided — from all the necessary bathroom amenities to small but very appreciated details like umbrellas in the room.

The breakfast experience was unforgettable. The beautiful dining hall and live music create a truly magical atmosphere, and the selection of food was both diverse and delicious. Every morning felt like a special occasion.

Throughout our stay, we felt cared for in every way. All our requests were listened to and handled very quickly. We especially appreciated the family-friendly approach: our child received his own room key, which made him feel very special, and children are welcome to enjoy the hotel spa during daytime hours.

We would also like to give special thanks to Mark, the bartender at The Poet Bar, for making our evening even more memorable. He was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. He went above and beyond by creating a special drink for our child according to his request, even though it was not on the menu. Our little one was absolutely happy — and happy child means happy parents! 😊 Thank you, Mark, for your care and for creating such a wonderful experience for our family.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is so beautiful and welcoming that, honestly, we sometimes didn’t even want to leave and explore the city. 😄

Το κτίριο και η διασκοσμηση του είναι παραμυθένια. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο. Έχει πολλά και όμορφα amenities.Πολύ ωραίος ήταν και ο χώρος του σπα και της υποδοχής. Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και ευγενικό και πηγάζει από μέσα τους. Γενικά το προσωπικό μας έκανε να νίωσουμε άνετα και καλοδεχούμενοι. Θα ξανάπηγαίναμε.

Beautifully designed hotel with large, cozy rooms and a fantastic location. We stayed with breakfast included – the rich buffet at New York Cafe is exclusive to hotel guests in a private dining zone, no crowds at all. Staff are friendly and attentive.

I am a VERY FUSSY HOTEL GUEST. I see every flaw and fumble. With that as context, let me say that the ANYPHotel was absolutely wonderful. Gorgeous property. Impressive customer service. Incredible breakfast buffet value. Top-notch room product—spacious, sheets/pillows/mattress/towels terrific, great bathroom/products. I mean even down to the sewing kit, which is the best we’ve ever seen! The whole stay was an extraordinary value.

It was at a great location and i haved the Spa facilities
