J'ai aimé le très bon accueil à la remise des clés ! La possibilité d'avoir une bagagerie gratuite lors de nos sorties de l'appartement sur la ville de Nantes. Chambre Très confortable, avec le sourire en plus merci!

Pros:

Personnel à l’écoute et disposé à trouver des solutions. Merci pour le surclassement suite à l’incident dans ma chambre. Le lit était confortable . Établissement au calme.

Cons:

Une partie des logements a été rénové et l’ autre partie est dans son jus. A mon arrivée mon logement n’était pas nikel au niveau de la propreté. Le personnel a très bien réagi et m’ ont changé de chambre dans la minute avec surclassement.
