Pros:

Personnel à l’écoute et disposé à trouver des solutions. Merci pour le surclassement suite à l’incident dans ma chambre. Le lit était confortable . Établissement au calme.

Cons:

Une partie des logements a été rénové et l’ autre partie est dans son jus. A mon arrivée mon logement n’était pas nikel au niveau de la propreté. Le personnel a très bien réagi et m’ ont changé de chambre dans la minute avec surclassement.

Arriver a l'heure renseigné et valider a l'hôtel, personne pour accueillir ni aucun renseignement obliger d'appeler un numéro ou la standardiste qui se situe a l'appart city de la cité des congrès. Me demandant de payer un supplément de plus de 200 euros afin de pouvoir accéder à ma chambre déjà payer en ligne non remboursable, une GRANDE première , en insistant fortement la standardiste m'envoy bouler en me donnant un code afin d'avoir la clé très dessus ......

J’ai pas apprécié de faite que j’ai réservé pour 4 nuits avec les mêmes serviettes et le même même draps de lit au moins changer une fois on est en plein été. C’est juste ça qui me dérange un peu de faite qu’on change pas les serviettes sinon à part ça j’aime bien l’établissement
