The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They were interested in personally being responsible for helping. This was from the housekeeper to the waiters at the top pool to the concierge.
The place had a lovely energy which came from the staff being happy.

Great location for a short stay in the centre of Malaga
Pros:

This hotel is located in the centre of Malaga in the same street as the Cathedral. It is very convenient for the main shopping area and the older parts of the city. There are loads of restaurants and bars around the immediate area. It is also close enough to walk to the port and beyond to the beach.

Cons:

It is not surprising being a city centre hotel that the outside area of the hotel is very limited. The roof top "swimming" pool is very small and the available lounging/seating limited.

Hotel bem estruturado, novo, cama bem confortável. Excelente localização, bem no centro, com muitas lojas e restaurantes nos arredores. Atendimento ótimo na recepção.

Hotellet är väldigt bra för sitt pris. Läge, faciliteter, pool, personal och frukost var top klass. Vi kom med hyrbil och att hitta till garaget är krångligt men det löste sig också.
