Locatie design schoon kamergrootte prima
Geen koffie op de kamer en bij het ontbijt ook niet zulke lekkere koffie. Verder wel lekker ontbijt
De locatie was super.
We werden dagelijks heel vroeg wakker. Onze kamer was vlak naast een “ongebruikte” nooduitgang. Maar elke ochtend gebruikte de poetsvrouw deze - werd er heel wat lawaai gemaakt op de gang - de eerste dag klopte ze ook aan om 08h terwijl we nog sliepen. Kortom: rustig uitslapen was niet mogelijk.
Daarnaast hadden we ook slechts 1 raam dat net boven het restaurant zat waardoor we ons raam niet konden openen zonder veel lawaai te horen van het restaurant.
Central location with a really helpful staff made the hotel experience positive.
We were 2 couples - both booked together at the same price. One room was much larger than the other and also was fitted out better. Did not like inconsistencies.

Fantastic location and a beautiful building. We had a junior suite which was located overlooking the cathedral and we were able to watch the Semana Santa procession from our balcony which was amazing.
The shower was a bit temperamental.

We liked the spacious room , the bed and pillows, the lights and the building. The roof top is a bonus! We loved the vicinity to the beach and to the centre.
The staff at reception is not friendly and we had to ask every single day for a bide towel and every single day the cleaner forgot to add one , really annoying. She also did not leave clean mugs nor she left tea or coffee. Reception said our urban room comes with no coffee (which wasn’t specified by booking) however even when we bought the coffee outside, the cleaner did not leave spoon or clean mugs.

A better room location
The hotel was so well placed in the centre of the historic quarter it was easy to get around.
The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.
Best of all the staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The lifts could be better planned. We were on the second floor, but only one of the three lifts stopped there, and it still went to the 8th floor. With people wanting to see the amazing views from the terrace, sometimes it was a long wait to use the lift. We did use the stairs to go down to the ground flood, but going upstairs is a different matter!
