Por error llegué a una sede que no era en la que en realidad había reservado, lo cual, según me comentaron los trabajadores, es muy común, pero tuve que pagar al traslado, porque el único apoyo que recibí, fue: que uno de los trabajadores solicitó el vehículo que me trasladaría.

Que continúen con la buena actitud y atención a sus huéspedes, tal como la recibí yo.

Todo muy bien durante mi estancia, el personal fue muy atento desde mi llegada hasta salida.
La habitación y en general el hotel me pareció muy cómodo y con una excelente ubicación.

Cons:

No tuve ningún inconveniente durante mi estancia.
El personal de recepción y del restaurante fueron muy amables.
Mi recomendación es que continúen con la buena actitud y atención a sus huéspedes.

Que no hay gente que esté atenta a que llegue un huésped en el restaurante en hora de comida o cena, me refiero a que si está pero están en la cocina o haciendo otra cosa y te dejan esperando como unos 7 o 10 minutos cuando se dan cuenta que hay gente en el restaurante
