3HB Clube Humbria - All Inclusive

We visited for one week from 22nd March. This was our second visit to this amazing place and it did not dissappoint! The weather was amazing for our entire stay with warm sunny days in the low 20's and no rain 🌞

Everyone that we encountered were so friendly and welcoming from reception, bars, restaurant, housekeeping and entertainment team. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel like part of the 3HB family from the minute we arrived and were treated like absolute rock stars! 😍

Apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped including complimetary toiletries. We emailed ahead to request the same apartment that we had last year and this was honoured with no problems at all. All public area's are kept so spotlessly clean, The large pool area is amazing with plenty of sunbeds to chose from.

All inclusive is amazing - great variety of drinks and cocktails to chose from, amazing snack bar with a great variety of snacks being served throughout the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style with plenty of variety to chose from and probably the best all inclusive buffet food that we have ever experienced with themed evenings and special lunchtime events such as outdoor BBQ and paella.

The entertainment team were the absolute best, providing a good variety of daytime activities to keep both adults and children entertained. Evening entertainment was great with a fab 80's band, neon party, circus night etc. Big shout out to Sarah and the team for keeping us so entertained!

I celebrated my birthday during our stay and the hotel team made me feel so very special. We came back to our apartment to find a lovely card and message with a bottle of bubbly popped in to our fridge for us to enjoy.

The local area has shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, with a 10 minute walk down to the beach. We visited Villamoura and Albufeira old town during our stay, Uber taxi's are very speedy, reliable and very reasonably priced. Our trip to Villamoura was roughly £8 each way and our trip to Albufeira only £5 each way.

Thankyou once again 3HB Clube Humbria, I was so sad when i had to leave. We have had the absolute best time, and we can not wait to return back to our 3HB family again next year 😎

This was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and good food. My 6 year old loved kids club and wanted to stay longer. Special thanks to Mariana and Giovana in kids club who made his time so fun.

Went to celebrate my 70th birthday with family. The hotel is excellent, clean and most of the staff are very friendly. One of the staff, Dina at the dining hall door was very rude to us. As I was celebrating my 70th my brother flew over from UK to give me a surprise. The other members of the group had already arranged for his arrival and payment with the reception but Dina did not bother to check with reception about the arrangements and was rude to him and would not allow him in the dining hall. I had to complain about her to her senior management.

Water fountains are just located around the reception, the snack bar and in the dining hall areas. These should be located on every floor of the building where the apartments are. There were families with small children in the hotel and generally we were struggling to remember to bring our water bottles down to refill. It would be very difficult to come out to the reception area to refill in the middle of the night.

The guy at the bar did not smile when serving.

Tea, coffee, milk etc are all located separately in different areas of the dining hall so the hot drink would get cold by the time you came back to your table.

Chef cooking eggs does not know customer service. Does not smile when serving and slaps fried eggs on your plate. The hotel does not make omelettes.

We recently stayed at 3HB Clube Humbria and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach in Olhos d'Água. While there is a hill down to the water, the walk is lined with lovely local Portuguese shops and tourist boutiques that make for an interesting stroll.

Outstanding Staff & Service:
What truly made our holiday was the staff. From the groundskeepers to the reception, bar, restaurant, and entertainment teams, every single person was exceptionally polite, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. It is clear they are very proud of where they work, and their attentive nature made us feel completely at home.

Top-Tier Allergy Awareness:
As a parent, the standout feature was the staff’s incredible attention to my daughter’s nut allergy. After we emailed ahead, they were fully prepared. The Restaurant Manager, Orlando, was exceptional; he took the time to speak directly to my daughter, making her feel completely at ease about the food. He personally showed us the allergy system, which uses clearly marked cards for every single dish (including the dessert buffet!) that correspond to a master poster on the wall. My daughter ate so well at every breakfast, lunch, and dinner—it was the most supportive environment we’ve encountered and took a massive weight off our minds.

Facilities & Location:
The pool facilities are excellent; the main pool is beautifully clean and the kids' aqua park was a huge hit. The location is also very convenient—there is an Intermarché within walking distance and another small supermarket just across the road. While there is a local taxi service, we found Uber to be very efficient for trips to Albufeira and Vilamoura. In Vilamoura, we highly recommend the Family Golf Park—it was very well-priced for a great family experience!

Sustainability & Rooms:
The hotel’s commitment to sustainability is impressive, with a focus on recycling and using paper/cardboard packaging around the pool. Our apartment was spacious for our family of four, kept to a very high standard by the housekeeping team, and featured very comfortable beds (including the two pull-out sofas).

We cannot recommend this hotel enough for families—it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! We would love to return very soon!

Um destaque muito especial para a Sara, do grupo de animação — absolutamente incrível! Sempre com um sorriso contagiante, uma energia inesgotável e um carinho enorme com as crianças. Foi, sem dúvida, uma das pessoas que tornou esta experiência ainda mais especial para toda a família.

El alojamiento está bien pero necesita mejorar, los apartamentos que están en bloques si accedes con el coche te dicen bloque E por ejemplo pero por la parte donde vas con el coche no están marcados así que adivina dónde estás

Booked this hotel for my partners 30th birthday and daughter’s birthday. No real effort was made, they sang happy birthday to another little girl in the evening and forgot our little girls. birthday Food was ok. The man at bar is miserable wouldn’t ever smile. The people at the buffet were very pleasant that’s one plus. Pools are freezing! Called three times to get fresh towels as our apartment never got cleaned, only once after 4pm and it took nearly an hour to towels to arrive. Overall not a good experience

This was our second visit to the hotel. Myself and my wife stayed here 18 years ago! We decided to visit again with our 2 children.
We had a great time. Hotel absolutely spotlessly clean. The staff make a real effort to make sure of this.
Always plenty of sunbeds what ever time you go to the pool.
Food, we couldn't fault it. The hot food was hot! (Not always the case at all inclusive resorts!🤣) nice selection. Varied every night. Nice theme nights including Portuguese, Indian, and round the world.
Breakfast and lunch were lovely too.
Snack bar next to pool was good. Fresh food cooked all day including pizzas, hot dogs and some lovely salads.
Entertainment was good, magic acts, singers, dancers.
We were lucky with the weather, 26° every day in the end of March was amazing! 🤣🌞
We will definitely return.

We had an another absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout, and everything was spotlessly clean.

The entertainment team truly stood out—especially Sara, who was absolutely amazing with our two children. She spent so much time with them and genuinely made their holiday unforgettable. She is a real credit to the hotel.

The food was excellent, with a great variety on offer every day. The snack bar was a particular highlight, always well-stocked with plenty of choice.

All the staff were wonderful, but special mention goes to the front desk team, who recognised us and gave us such a warm welcome back—it really made a difference.

The evening meal can get a little busy, so we found it best to go a bit later. Getting around is very easy too—Ubers are cheap, convenient, and readily available.

Overall, an amazing hotel with amazing staff, fantastic food, and a brilliant atmosphere. We can’t wait to return!

We have been to this hotel twice and it has never let us down.The snack bar is amazing and the restaurant food has lots of selection.The atmosphere was great everyone was friendly and staff are always willing to help.Rooms are great they are: spacious, clean, comfortable and bright.Great value.The location was very good and a 10 minute walk to the beach.would love to come back.
