Please note that the Mini Aqua Park is divided in 2 zones: a central island for children from 2 to 17 years old and four slides for children from 6 (or with more than 20 Kg of weight) to 17 years old (access conditioned to the signing of a liability term).

Definitely only for families with little kiddies. No couples destination.
Pros:

Clean and beautifully kept outdoors areas. (Although I saw a cockroach in the garage.)

Good food in the main restaurant. Car parking is free.

Lovely little water park for kids. Mine really enjoyed it!

In general, the staff was super friendly. Except for the pool area. The towel guys (who apparently were also lifeguards) seemed to have very little interest in their jobs.

And be mindful as they might use some offensive language; when my kids were getting kiddie drinks from the pool bar, a waiter, while speaking otherwise in Portuguese with a colleague, said the F word while my kids were there waiting for their drinks. Mine know Portuguese and English, so they understood everything. The F word is, however, very no-no in an international schools, so it wasn't very good influence for my 6 years old who then repeated the word like a parrot.

It was fairly easy to find sun beds and shadow, probably because Portuguese families are not on holiday yet. Some annoying sun bed reserving, to which staff did nothing, even though it was clearly forbidden in the brochure we received upon arriving.

Cons:

In bathroom, the sink was too high for a 6 years old. There was no stool available, even though the hotel knew that we will be there with smaller kids, so I had to lift him every time when brushing teeth or washing hands.

There was only 1 horrible bright light in the toilet/bathroom, no undirect/soft light. Also no sockets whatsoever, so I couldn't use the night light I brought with me. The only option when going to toilet during night / early morning was to put that solarium light on.

Lovely stay, perfect for families.
Pros:

The hotel and facilities are amazing. Snacks always available and the food is great. Fun entertainment for the kids. The rooms were lovely with two balcony’s. Enough space for the four of us.

Cons:

There was unfortunately a musty smell we couldn’t get rid of in the bedroom.

As férias onde os pais e os filhos divertiram-se imenso!
Pros:

Adoramos a animação, os animadores eram excelentes! As crianças não os largavam. A comida era muito boa. Todos os funcionarios muito simpáticos. O espaço limpo, muitas espreguiçadeiras. Foi a nossa primeira vez lá e excedeu as nossas expetativas! Obrigada pelas férias maravilhosas. Vamos voltar em setembro.

Relaxing break for young family of four, great to switch off and not have to think about a thing.
Pros:

Clean, well laid out and beautiful grounds. Room were so spacious.

Cons:

Beds were not the most comfortable and was x2 singles rather than a double/queen.

Pros:

Water slides were fantastic. Close at 6pm
Big pool was lovely.
Food was good
Staff were friendly
Clean and tidy
Apartment was good
Fans on the ceilings were fantastic as I dont like the air conditioning
There was a box in the apartment entrance that you could leave or pick up what was available, like buckets, spades etc
Had to book the football court at reception and they give you a football or basketball so you had it to yourself
Given cards for towels when you arrive so no deposit needed can be changed at the.main pool area

Cons:

That you had to keep checking a touchscreen to see what activities were on and it was only in reception hall. Could of had a poster at the areas for times as passing by.

Breakfast cut off was 10am and found this very early as on holidays after all could be moved to 11am

Massage shed - nobody there

Request kitchen utensils

Didn't see an area for leaflets to see what was available around the area

The train taxi doesn't go near the hotel

Pros:

Nos ha gustado mucho, lo recomendaron y repetiria. Es perfecto para familias con niños pequeños, muy buen ambiente, personal muy atento y amable

Cons:

Alguna que otra comida que no nos gusto tanto pero en general todas bastante bien para ser buffet, variedad y opciones para personas con diabetes o con intolerancias.
También algunas toallas vi que tenían manchas.
