I wish I could get a refund. Literally got another room at another hotel that same night.
Pros:

I got the room and immediately left because of multiple roaches in the bed and creepy people all around the property looking like drug addicts.

Not worth it!
Cons:

It wasn’t clean, the bathroom is dirty, no efforts in providing a clean towel, the towel provided even has a hair when I opened it and showed it to the reception guy. Me and my son extended for 2 more days but we’re charged of the weekend rates instead of weekdays rate. I even showed the reception guy that it is cheaper in booking .com the weekend rate. No toiletries were given. The room smelled like cigar.

As stated above, I was not able to stay there.
Pros:

I didn't stay there. They did not have an appropriate room, and i am still to be reimbursed.
But booking apparently likes to keep customers money, even though they had a bad experience. Lesson learned.

Cons:

le lieu était très sale, des poils par terre collé au lavabo ou aux toilettes, les murs étaient jaune, noir de crasse. sur le lit il y avait des marques d’anciens clients (café ou autres) la porte était tout aussi coloré de crasse.

1/2 roll of toilet paper , no extras
soap was 1/8 thick, 1.5 diameter....one bar of soap
and how 'bout the "we'll leave the light on ", Room was dark
