Pros:

Impeccable staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Loved my suite. Very clean and modern. Excellent location as we were able to walk everywhere. Absolutely Love Quebec City and the people. Will definitely return.

Cons:

I requested two rooms. My room was impeccable but unfortunately the second room was smaller due to the layout being different. Bathroom was small and the Post in the middle of the room made it feel smaller.

Pros:

DAs Zimmer war sehr geräumig - zu zweit hat man genügend Platz... Generell war die Lage des Hotels sehr gut - zu Fuss konnte alles problemlos erreicht werden! Das Bett war sehr gut, allerdings sind wir Europäer 2 getrennte Bettdecken gewohnt...

Cons:

Die Frühstückslösung könnte etwas besser sein...

Pros:

Die Suiten sind zwar im Nebengebäude, dafür geräumig und trotz sehr zentraler Lage absolut ruhig. Bequeme Betten und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Parkplätze vor dem Haus

Cons:

Das Gym ist in keinem guten Zustand (z.T. Geräte defekt), minimale Ausstattung.
Das Restaurant "Louis" neben an ist für Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen. Essen ist zwar top, Service und Bedienung schlecht.

A mediocre stay at a nice location hitel6
Pros:

I may have just been unlucky, but my stay at Hôtel Port-Royal was fairly mediocre overall.

The location is excellent, just steps away from the train station, which was very convenient. However, there were several issues that affected the experience.

On a more positive note, the cocktail bar attached to the lobby was very nice. It had a fancy atmosphere and was a pleasant place to spend time.

Cons:

The hotel itself had a strange smell, especially around the reception area and in the hallways. Thankfully, the smell was much less noticeable inside the room.

For the price, I also found the room to be relatively small, although the included kitchenette was a nice feature.

My biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. You could hear almost everything, whether it was music from nearby rooms, a cat meowing loudly, or traffic outside. I was surprised by how noisy it was and had a hard time finding any real peace and quiet.

Чудовий готель! Ми щасливі.
Pros:

Розташування надзвичайно зручне, у пішій доступності до всіх визначних локацій старого Квебек Сіті. Атмосферний, має свій шарм. Видовий, за сніданком у ресторані з панорамними вікнами чудовий вид на Шато Фронтенак. Привітний персонал! Все було прекрасно!

Cons:

Хотілося б тапочки одноразові ( але це не суттєво з огляду на те, що ми мали стільки позитивних емоцій).

Pros:

They upgraded us to a big room; bed was soft but overall everything was excellent. Due to renovations breakfast was served in hotel bar ( continental) or down the street at a cafe( hot) and both were very good. The hotel bar is very comfortable and relaxing space for a drink in the evening.
