Good at what it offers
Pros:

Spacious, well designed room in centre Quebec, just minutes walk from everything that brings tourists to Quebec. Whatever the hotel offers, is well arranged.

Cons:

The hotel does not have a lot of facilities. It is close by, but not IN the tourist centre. That’s a given, not a complaint. But given those properties, the price we paid is too high.

La chambre avec une petite vue dégagée et sa salle d eau très fonctionnelle

Le personnel absolument charmant à l accueil
Avec une mention spéciale pour celui que j ai eu au téléphone qui porte un gilet de costume ( j ai plus son prénom ) et qui nous a gentiment up gradé

Le petit déjeuner dans le bistrot attenant
Bon mais manque de choix sucré et plus simple à mon goût perso

The location was our favourite part.
Pros:

Location, Location, Location! It is in a very convenient location — about a 10-minute walk to the intercity bus station, Château Frontenac, and Quartier Petit Champlain. There are plenty of restaurants and charming little craft and souvenir shops just downstairs.

Cons:

We didn’t stay in the hotel’s main building; instead, we were assigned to Suite Royal across the street. Everything else was quite nice. The suite had a charming, old-fashioned character and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The only downside was that there were several fairly high steps at the entrance. For older guests traveling with large, heavy suitcases, getting the luggage up and down the steps can be a bit difficult. There is no front desk or staff at the entrance, so you have to manage the luggage on your own.

Un séjour correct, mais un rapport qualité-prix insuffisant pour la suite "Deluxe"

Hôtel tranquille, très propre, personnel agréable.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans la suite Deluxe 106 pour un montant de 1 854 (environ 463 la nuit). Si l'hôtel a des atouts, les prestations de cette catégorie de chambre ne nous ont pas semblé à la hauteur du tarif demandé. Le manque d'attention aux détails gâche un peu l'expérience de luxe promise.Quelques points faibles à noter dans la chambre :Mobilier à réviser : Les coussinets en silicone sous la table en vitre se décollaient, ce qui rendait la table instable lorsque nous y mangions.Équipements modestes : La cafetière Cuisinart à sachet et le seau à vin isotherme en plastique font un peu trop simples pour une suite de ce prix.Salle de bain : Les produits de douche de format échantillon mériteraient d'être de meilleure qualité, et le séchoir à cheveux manquait de puissance.En résumé, la chambre est fonctionnelle, mais les détails rappellent davantage un établissement standard qu'une suite haut de gamme. À ce prix, nous nous attendions à une expérience plus raffinée.
