Will never stay at a Super 8 again.
Pros:

Phoned the number on the Super 8 Lethbridge website. The only option I had was to go through AI to make my reservation. Booked 1 room, 2 adults and 2 dogs. Checked in to hotel was given room 315 which is in one of the out buildings. The room was disgusting, the furnishings looked like they were the original and the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The attendant moved us to room 214, he said it was their "Emergency Room." He said the air conditioning was broken but he could bring us up a fan. When he brought up the fan he seen we had 2 dogs. He asked if they were registered, I told him I did that when I made the reservation. Shortly after that we received a phone call saying are dogs weren't registered and if we didn't leave they would charge us $400.00 to clean the room. They said they had no pet friendly rooms available. I asked about a refund and he told me I had to go through WYNDHAM because I made the reservation through WYNDHAM - even though I phoned the number on the Super 8 Lethbridge website. A little while later they called to see if we wanted the original room, 315, which they had already said was a non pet friendly room. While my husband was taking our dogs and luggage to our vehicle I was trying to get a hold of WYNDHAM. The attendants locked our key cards while my husband was taking our things down. I got a hold of WYNDHAM which was AI. I was given a case number and was told a humanist would contact me by email. Two weeks later I haven't heard anything from WYNDHAM. My credit card was charged $160.13. I will never stay at another Super 8 again and do not recommend this hotel.
