Horrible , never ever stay here
Pros:

One staff at night was pleasant

Cons:

Rude staff. dirty, broken old facility, horrible continental breakfast (same things over and over .
Extend stay with staff, apparently staff didnt put it in , so in the middle of class (reason I was down there) My daughter n dog were getting kicked out of room. 'mananger' was rude right away offered no solution, and I was clearly upset a she kept repeating 'your stay on booking.com was down today ' like 4 xs before I flew off the handle
Because of stay being longer wanted a kitchenette, but they stated they didn't have a pet friendly one!!! rooms stunk, I have dog n my house doesn't smell that bad of animals
Price was over done. Deposit and room came off card right away when stated only deposit was .
I don't usually call in to complain but this time I did , remains to be seen what if anything will be done

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Location, free parking. Wi-Fi was good. The price was great.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty. The bathtub had big stains. The stairs were steep so if one has mobility issues, they should insist on a room on the ground floor only as there is no elevator.

It was good and what we needed
Pros:

We used the sofa couch bed. No extra pillow in room.

Both mornings I had to ask for more eggs.

Cons:

Bathtub needed to have a better clean up. It was dirty looking. It needed a deep scrub.
