Pros:

It was easy to find the hotel. The staff (Hamed I think his name was) when we arrived was super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we required for our one night stay and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Staff were friendly

Cons:

- Found bed bugs;
- Hot bedroom. We couldn't sleep because it was so hot, even in a freaking cold winter outside. We turned the heater off, but it was still hot. We had to turn the air conditioning on to be able to sleep;
- The shower temperature was eradic, the worst shower in my life. Burn hot, then ice cold;
- Floor was squeaky and uneven... we could live with that if it was the only problem.

All good otherwise really good value for the money
Pros:

Really wish super8 would offer at the very least hard boiled eggs, otherwise it's pretty good

Cons:

Access to the outside doors with the room key would be a great feature, apparently it's for safety however main floor guests have their own private entrance, just not 2nd floor guests, was a little cold outside knocking on the front door trying to get in

It was a clean, comfortable, budget room with welcoming staff.
Pros:

Based on the need to leave a deposit, I was suspicious that it would be run down and low quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the SUPER friendly staff and the cleanliness. The room was perfect! We had a microwave and refrigerator. I used the coffee pot. We both slept exceptionally well on the comfortable beds. The free breakfast was adequate.I already recommended it to two people who are going to Lethbridge in May. Thanks.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre aurait pu être meilleur, le dessous de lit n’avait pas vu passer l’aspirateur depuis très longtemps.
Aussi, nous facturer une soit disante poubelle manquante à la fin du séjour (ce qui est faux) est totalement absurde.
Enfin, la cuisine équipée est extrêmement mâle équipée (très peu de vaisselle et même pas un égouttoir pour les pâtes) et le petit déjeuner est rudimentaire.

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The guy at front desk made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in to check in. He was so helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

The tub and bathtub faucet should be updated!
Also room was very warm. Unable to cool it down and I think the thermostat must not be working.
