Good value, was clean and what I expected
We did like the beds room, breakfast.
Did not like bathtub/ shower.
I enjoyed the front desk staff's friendliness. The proximity to amenities in central Lethbridge were acceptable, so long as you had a car.
The room was very confining. The size of the bathroom was claustrophobic, there was barely enough room to turn around. The carpets and decor were dated.
The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious and had cable. The air conditioning was crispy.

Nice hotel, great location across from Henderson Lake and other attractions within walking distance! Staff was great!
The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the room size was good (two queens). The pillows seemed to be pretty good, too. The linens were clean. The location is very good for access to the park and Japanese garden. The hotel provides discount vouchers for the Japanese garden, too. We also found the on-site parking easy to navigate.
The water when I took my shower kept going from hot to cold. Maybe someone else was showering nearby? It didn't happen on the first day, but on the second day. The toilet, tub and sink were lower than standard height, so that would be a problem for taller people. There are only stairs to get to the second floor, so if you can't do stairs, you should indicate this when making reservations. Also, the A/C unit fan was very loud. Even set to "fan only" it was quite loud. The carpet was old and probably needs to be replaced, but it was OK for the price of the room. I'm waiting to see what the final price is because my credit card shows a higher balance (pending) for the room than expected.
