Szép szálloda
Pros:

A szálloda kívül belül nagyon szép, tiszta.

Cons:

A szálloda összességében rendben volt, azonban sajnos a magyar személyzet hozzáállása és kommunikációs stílusa nem volt számunkra igazán meggyőző. Úgy éreztük, hogy a vendégekkel való bánásmód lehetne kedvesebb és figyelmesebb is. Reméljük, hogy ezen a jövőben javítanak, mert ez nagyban hozzájárulna a vendégélményhez.
Skybarra nem vonatkozik, ott kifejezetten kedvesek voltak.:)

Pros:

Mindig jól érezzük magunkat, már 3-4 alkalommal is voltunk a hotelben!
Kiváló a wellness, tiszta és szép a hotel, kényelmes a szoba és kedves a személyzet.
(szombattól-hétfőig)

Cons:

A szombati nap mindig zsúfolt, sok az ember ez az esti vacsoránál kellemetlen.
Illetve a vasárnapi reggelinél ugyanez a helyzet.

Kényelmes, minden egy épületben van, nem kell külön elmenni sehova ebédelni, vagy a wellness részlegbe.
A személyzet, főként a Lobby bár személyzete előtt emelem kalapom. Segítőkészek, kedvesek.

Great location cute rooms with spectacular view.
Pros:

We went back for the second time. Very much like the location of the hotel. Great view on lake Balaton from both sides, of course a bit wider from the South facing rooms.

Cons:

Next time we will try to visit on weekdays as the weekends are much more busy and crowded.

Nagyszerű szállás, szuper gasztronómia, kellemes kikapcsolódás.
Pros:

Szépen felújított, modern szálloda. A wellness részleg is minden igényt kielégítő volt, az étkezések is nagyszerűek voltak.

Cons:

Apróság: törölköző szárító nincs a szobában, így nehezebben száradnak a ruhák. Azonban minden nap takarítottak, cseréltek törölközőt, kérésre is.
