Az elhelyezkedése és a felszereltsége
Gyönyörű, modern szobát kaptunk a 12. emeleten, így pazar kilátásban volt részünk. A reggelinél és a vacsoránál színes kínálat volt az ételekből, minden nap nagyon jó fogásokat ehettünk.

Nem azt a szobát kaptam,amit kifizettem,mert konferencia volt és foglalt volt.a reggelinél a kb gépnél hangyák voltak .A 2. Turnus vacsoranal,már nem volt csak maradek
Food, playroom, childrens animation
There are many stairs that lead to the beach and the promenade, and if you would like to avoid them, you need to walk a lot....not really baby stroller friendly, despite they call themselves "family friendly" hotel. Even to the internal garden you have to go with the stairs!:(
Perfect location, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and spa! We very much enjoyed the spa, I cannot recommend it enough. Hotel has it's own part of the beach on the lake (we were after the end of season unfortunately but even then it looks great) which was a beautiful discovery for us. Hotel has also a bar on the last floor which has almost 360 degrees panoramic view from the 13th floor. Breakfast was very good, enough varieties and tasteful.
The selected room I booked on booking had a direct view on the lake but the room we got was on the left side so we could see only the corner of the lake. When I asked for another room, they informed us that everything was booked on that floor. On the outside of the windows of the room and the bar there was a lot of stains from bugs and spider net which ruins a bit the impression. Dinner had less varieties than breakfast but still ok.
A bár, spa és takarító személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A hotel nagyon tiszta.( Leszámítva a pókhálókat.)
A skybárból a kilátás nagyon szép.
A reggeli és a vacsora minősége és hőmérséklete.
A medencék az őszi időjáráshoz képest hidegek, amit többen is jeleztek. A finn szauna nem üzemelt.
A lobbyban rendelt levesek hidegek és íztelenek voltak.( Felajánlottak helyette más ételt.)
A szobában is hideg volt, a plafon tele volt pókhálóval és pókokkal. A tartó oszlop lényegesen csökkenti a szoba méretét és zavaró.
Összességében nekünk ez most negatív élmény volt.
Great location. Our room had a beautiful view of the Balaton lake. The food was very tasty and diverse. The pools at the spa were great, although quite shallow. The hotel offers access to a passage over the main road that leads to the private beach. There are 4 elevators as well. The parking was generous. The interior design is very modern and relaxing.
Everything was perfect.
Views are stunning, Spa facilities are awesome! Breakfast and dinner catered for all tolerances and was exceptionally tasty
