Nagyon kedves személyzet,nagy tisztaság,bőséges étel ital választék,nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!
A szoba kilátással a Balatonra, finom változatos ételek, kedves segítőkész személyzet, csodálatos kilátás a skybar-ból. Az ablak valóban csak bukóra nyitható, de a légkondival ellensúlyozzák. Van ruhaszárító állvány, meglepő módon a ruhák reggelre megszáradtak. Saját strand pár perc sétára található. A wellness részlegük is szuper, a víz kellemesen meleg.
A légkondi szerintünk hidegre volt állítva, nem volt kirívóan zavaró, ezért nem szóltunk, de ha jeleztük volna a személyzet biztos módosított volna rajta, mint írtam segítőkészek.
Minden nagyon szuper volt. Reggeli, vacsora kiváló. Személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

3 Tage war es zu , nur am Samstag und Sonntag offen . Und Personal konnte uns nichts dazu sagen . Jeder hatte eine andere Ausrede . Geht garnicht sowas . Mussten 2 Tage auf öffentlichen Strand ausweichen !!! Ohne Handtuch und Liegen .
Mussten auf der Wiese liegen , weil man dort nichts ausleihen konnte !!!
Essen war immer kalt , nur die Suppe war warm .

Nice room and good view over the lake
Staff at the front desk. When checking in, they didn't mention anything about the private beach. When asking for it => "oh - no, the private beach is not open yet."
When telling them that this was one of the main reasons for booking (30 degrees during our 2 night stay - end of may) they just said "you can use the public beach." On their homepage and also on booking.com, it is not mentioned that the beach is seasonal or the time when it will be open. We can't change that - fine - but doing NOTHING or apology in a honest way is just bad trained staff for situations like that. I didn't expect a lot - even just "sorry, here are two vouchers for our bar" or "the parking outside is free instead of EUR 15.-" for the two nights ... something like that would have been fine as gesture and they had the chance to do so, because we immediately told them that we are very unhappy with the situation. Also when checking out, they didn't ask about how our stay was.
So, yes - it's a nice hotel, but they need better training for their staff.
