They need to update the website. Yes they are under construction. Failed to state the pool isn’t available and no breakfast is available. My bathroom door didn’t have a handle to open. The front desk response was well I don’t have a handle to give you. I asked for another room ( on booking.com there were 3 suites available to book) she said no and looks like I had 3 heads. I booked a different hotel for the second night of our stay. The manager came at 230pm the next day with a handle to fix as we were leaving. When I turned in the keys to the front desk they asked why I didn’t ask for a different room. Said I did and was refused. Also the cove covering around the room was failing off and the carpet was pulling up in the corners.
Clean towels when needed,
Comfortable beds & towels,
Peaceful
Toilet seat too low
No vent un bathroom,
Under construction and I was not aware of it, I do have asthma issues,
Ni breakfast while building under construction...
Hotel was under construction which wasn't disclosed until after the reservation had been booked. No breakfast available, the pool was closed and the window in our room was cracked. No other room was available. All for the price of a fully functional hotel. I'm rather disappointed!
It was comfy! Cheap and clean
Pool is under construction! Should put that in the description For facilities!
Absolutely nothing
I was not informed that the pool was closed, beds were extremely uncomfortable, curtains would not close all the way so the lights in parking lot were shining in all night, no extra bedding or pillows for the hidabed/sofa bed, hallways smelled like a sewer.
Close to my locatio
No breakfast, no pool, no fitness center. Half the hotel is under renovation. Trashes overflowing outside. Would be a great value and location but nothing is open.
Breakfast was average to slightly below average
Extra pillows and blankets would have been nice
The breakfast was fine.
There was no hot water either in the bathroom sink or shower.
it was quite, clean, peaceful, the staff was nice and friendly as well.
there wasn't really anything not to like.
Room was clean, staff very friendly and responsive to an issue.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. And the water wasn’t working for a time.
The front desk clerk on duty for Friday was extremely helpful. After explaining the mobility issues with the front desk clerk we were moved to a 3rd floor suite. She brought the elevator to the second floor so we could load up our luggage and go to the 3rd floor. She was wonderful when I forgot clothes in the closet on the second floor and she had to reload our key for me to retrieve them. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was a credit to the hotel.
After asking for a 1st floor room (none were available), we were given 2nd floor room. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. Apparently, some "kids" broke the buttons on the 2nd floor and repairs were to be done later this week. Due to my husband's mobility issues, he had to walk down the steps from the 2nd floor. See above for what we liked.
