The most traumatic experience ever
Pros:

worst experience of my life still waiting for my refund

Cons:

Worst experience of my life still waiting on my refund pipes bust all over the room destroyed my belongings and devices still no refund no good customer service on top of the hotel being under construction and I hot injured while trying to save all of me and my daughter belongings

Pros:

Staff was nice. That's all.

Cons:

No breakfast due to renovations. Told sorry nothing else provided but "they should email.you".... like I didn't book the room already.... waste of time.

Rooms.under renovation and mine didn't have power.... spent so much time checking in to ensure I wasn't double charged my dinner was cold. Then walked back down to switch rooms totally because no power worked.....

Will book again but only as a last option
Pros:

When looking I asked for hotels that served breakfast. Because I was traveling with my mom and uncle with a lot of kids. This location said it did and it usually does. Because I booked here before. When we got there we found out the pool was down. Bummer for the kids they was very disappointed. The next day we get up for breakfast. Just to find out they wasn't serving any that day. It was mentioned at check-in when ask about it during check in they said they had breakfast. So we didn't get nothing we paid for at the regular price. Will I book again maybe but only as a last option.

Hope it improves after remodeling.
Pros:

Did not know property is under renovation. Shower handle fell off, bathtub didn't work and barely a trickle of water would come out of the bathroom faucet. No pool and no breakfast also was a disappointment.

Cons:

Manager did give a partial refund.

Good value.
Pros:

Hi, The hotel had a major fire so it was under construction when we arrived. The pool was closed and there was no breakfast. We were informed when we arrived but not before. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of pillows, big bathroom. I liked the large desk and extra chair. The curtain was ripped and the bathroom light kept flickering but overall it was nice enough for the price.

Cons:

The shampoo was in some cheap little packets.

It was not a great place to stay. Please go somewhere else.
Pros:

The property was under construction. The AC didn’t really work in our room. It stayed at 75 to 80 the whole time we were there.

Cons:

They told us that the pool wasn’t operational less than a week before so we couldn’t make other arrangements. He first gave us the wrong room and then when we get in our room that I paid for the AC did not even work plus we were on the top floor.

Only thing I like was the young lady who checked me in

Cons:

The room carpet was so dirty when I walked from the bed to the bathroom my feet stuck to the carpet rooms stink so bad and I had to check out my room at 4:30am because the front desk clerk was not just knocking on multiple doors but also yelling front desk I'm coming in so I opened my door and asked what was going on and he said he had to do this to see who was in house so I chose to leave because clearly I'm not gonna be able to go back t sleep before I start working at 7am

The motel was adequate in that we were only staying for only one night.
Pros:

Rooms were a nice size and comfortable. There was a frig.

Cons:

Soap bars were the smallest we’ve ever seen and sheer curtains on the windows were literally shredded. The breakfast area and pool were closed due to construction work in progress. We had received a notice that there would be noise, during the day, associated with the construction work, but not that there was no breakfast and we couldn’t use the pool. The photo makes it look like a nice motel in a nice area but the surrounding area is not one that we’d walk around in after dark.
