It was convenient for our trip
Pros:

Room was very clean but the sink leaked and the tub filled with water while showering. I realize there was to be renovation going on

Cons:

I know renovations were going on but I do like a few chairs to sit in that are not in our room. Empty lobby and not a bench outside

Pros:

The hotel was near to Grace Christian University and to the graduation venue. Beds very comfortable. Room was comfortable can't wait to see the room upgraded. Hotel very well lit on the outside very pretty on the inside lobby.

Cons:

The area where the Hotel is situated not much to see. Didn't know the Hotel was under renovation. . I paid $50 extra for arriving early. But understand that this renovation will cost alot $$.

False advertisement.
Says they have pool and they don't as well they said there breakfast that's a lie to.
Faucet broken. No ice mechanic and place smell out side looks nice but don't let that fool u .all they did was change the name I rate them (negative five star).
I also ask for a discount don't false advertise they said no. I ask why it says breakfast and pool and there's not. He couldn't speak English woow never again.

Not having to drive home after a concert

Cons:

The hotel smelled like curry all through the halls. The security room was not secure(!!!) The door was open and the door knob was falling off. In our room, the curtains were ripped, the bedding had a hole in it, face up seen it as soon as you walked in and seen the bed. The dresser was dirty and missing a handle.

There wasn't a pool. There wasn't morning breakfast as reported in booking com. That was partially the reason I chose that hotel.

The spacious room

Cons:

They couldn't find the reservation and then almost didn't have a room because of the no reservation. Pool, and breakfast were closed due to construction

There were ants in our room. The pillows on the bed were half sized throw pillows and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We didn't get a good sleep. The furniture the TV was on was broken. The staff were not very friendly.

The location was acceptable. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. It has an elevator.

Cons:

The hotel, when booked, was the Best Western. I was told to contact the hotel directly for some type of update. The name changed to The Grand Select. The hotel was being renovated, but I did not know at the time of booking. This hotel is so outdated. It is dirty, no breakfast was available even though it was offered, the telephone handset was not connected. The TV did not work until we called the front desk and received a correct remote. The beds were hard. The pool was closed. The smoke detector was removed. There were exposed wires on the clock. No snacks in the vending machines. The refrigerator was removed from the TV wall unit and placed next to it (it was dirty behind this unit). There was an orange stain on the ceiling. It was a terrible stay at this hotel and I would not recommend until all renovations have been completed.

We were not promised what was advertised and the only reasons why we booked this hotel.
Pros:

The bed were comfortable.
The shower was nice.

Cons:

There was no pool or breakfast, this was promised on the booking.
The staff was rude and told me i should be happy with the price i got the room for. This was priced at the same rates around the area of other hotels.
We found dirty socks in the room and smashed food under one of the beds.
