Okay place for travelers with low expectations
Pros:

Good location, close to 2 metro lines and easy connection to the airport. Friendly staff at the reception. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

- very basic, not clean enough, shower gel was not refilled, breakfast looked so poor, that we decided to eat outside the hotel.

Comfortable but frustrating
Pros:

Location is great and the room is perfect for a solo traveler.

Cons:

I had to stay an extra day due to a snowstorm on the US East Coast. I asked at reception if I could extend my stay by a day since I had a new flight. I could and I paid another $91. Yet, the next day I received a rude phone call treating me as if I overstayed check-out time. Then after I did check out and was making my way to the train station, I got chased down the street, accused of not paying my extra day, when the man himself had been with the other receptionist when I asked and paid for another night. Extremely unprofessional.
