Location
Tight rooms and bathrooms, lack of packaged drinking water, untidy room, flies in the room
Room very nice, clean and tea facilties well stocked great location for concerts at Hyde Park.
The staff very friendly respectful and courteous any queries they were on hand to answer.
This is the second time at Days Inn and If anymore concerts in Hyde Park I will stay at this hotel again thank you.
The staff on reception were very friendly and talkative
The room was very small and dated
Only 1 of the key cards worked
There was no iron in the room - I had to go down to reception to collect one
There was no tv remote in the room either
For the cost of the room, for one night - I would have expected the overall experience to have been better.
I have stayed in some beautiful hotels over the years at a fraction on the cost of this stay.
Parking was great.
Was in room 123 but didn't like the fact that outside the window was a massive air con unit running all night. could have had a better room.
We rang ahead to ask about an early check-in since we had finished everything we needed to do in the morning. They kindly checked for us and were more than happy to let us come over early. They also upgraded our room, which was a really thoughtful gesture and much appreciated as we were 3 girls staying for a festival so needed the extra space for getting ready.
The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room also had a fan, which was very much needed and appreciated during the heatwave. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service.
The rooms and décor felt quite outdated and could definitely do with refreshing. We had four beds in the room—two doubles and two singles—and one of the single beds didn’t even have a bottom sheet on it.
It was also clear that one of the beds wasn’t really meant to be there, as the plug socket for charging my phone ended up right in the middle of where you sleep. This meant I had to sleep pushed right up against the wall, which could be uncomfortable for some people, although I was so tired that I didn’t mind too much.
Unfortunately, everything also felt quite dusty, which wasn’t ideal.
That said, despite these issues, I would still stay again if attending a festival or concert in Hyde Park, as it served its purpose as a convenient place to rest our heads for the night.
Location
Very friendly and helpful staff, leafy and handsome street was relatively quiet for central London
Perhaps the signage for the front door could be bolder; I missed on my first attempt
the location is excellent, close to Paddington station and Hyde park
The room is really old with no natural light except a small window facing an internal hallway, outdated, small and carpet on the floors that didn't feel clean
The staff were lovely. They let us check in early and they have no idea how much that saved our trip. There location in relation to hyde park is brilliant.
We found rubbish on the floor. And the mattresses were uncomfortable.
Great location friendly staff
Towels and bedding are very old and need replacing
location
rooms were very dirty, stained sheets, stained mattress pads, dried food on floors, hairs on pillows, etc, and bages of laundry blocking exit doors, also evidence of bugs
