Paddington da temiz güvenli bir mekandaydı. Yan sokağında cafe pub lar vardı. Kahvaltıyı dışarıda yaptık. Metro ya çok yakın. Bir çok yer yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ilgili. Çocukları odada rahat bırakabildik güvenilirlik konusunda rahattık.

Value for money basic and had parking for my van … £20 fir 24 hrs 👍

I had no complaints regarding the check in service nor the room. However, I was mortified that the breakfast items were covered in fruit flies. The first member of staff i approached spoke no English and passed me on to someone else. When she checked she said it may because people left uncovered. However the plate had no cover. While I was there they did not remove and bin the food. I spoke to front desk and all they done was apologised. I'm seriously concerned about their FSMS.

Location is perfect

Absolutely fantastic, great location , rooms clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast basic but good.
Rooms clean and staff helpful, would stay again xx

The staff was very good and responsive
in fact they let me keep my luggage for a couple of days as had to travel to Exeter from London and did not want to carry all my bags

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de medios de transporte. Muy buena opción si es para pasar el día y conocer un poco Londres, como fue nuestro caso.

موقعه جميل قريب من اجورود والهايد بارك لكن صراحه غرف صغيره ممرات ضيقه جداً لكن تعامل الموظفين خيالي لطيفين جداً ومنطقه امان وقريب في الحاره في مطاعم وبقالات وكذا مايحتاج تروح بعيد بس يعتبر حلو لي الناس يبون فندق للنوم فقط وموقعه قريب

Lovely hotel. Great AirCon! Stayed for one night and really liked it. Room 206. Front desk welcome was lovely, continental breakfast was basic but perfect. Very convenient to Paddington. Shower was great. Would def stay again!

Very clean, conveniently located and staff are all very nice and helpful. There’s a lot of restaurants, other food outlets and convenience stores plus just very close to Paddington Station which allows for easy access to tourist destinations.👍

I would agree with the comments made by others for this hotel on the poor standard of guest services. I had made an advance booking with special requests six weeks in advance and was checked in by Komnious at Reception. Komnious was extremely rude to me from the outset and profusely lied to me on the availability of double rooms at the hotel. I paid for a double room and he wanted to check me in into a single room on the fourth floor. After I pointed out the availability of rooms on the hotel’s own website and elsewhere, the duty manager seemed to assist by checking me into a family room. However, trying to get late check-out from the hotel was chaotic and I kept on getting calls from Reception asking me when I would check-out of the room. There was no hot water in the shower and the most shocking experience of all was when the cleaner walked into my room while I was sleeping having ignored the “do not disturb” sign affixed outside my door. This was a blatant breach of my privacy and it is clear to me that the unprofessional staff at Reception were fully responsible for the cleaner walking into my room amounting to deliberate harassment of the guest. I am absolutely appalled by my guest experiences at this hotel and I believe I was targeted as I was a single female guest. The single rooms I had seen were shabby and outdated and it is clear the hotel has a problem with the supply of hot water in some rooms. And when you call Reception to ask for something they will pretend they cannot hear you. This was a really grim guest experience from a hotel of horrors. Don’t waste your money booking this hotel as noted by others who have left reviews on here and have had similar experiences to my own. The general manager also lacked integrity when investigating my complaint. A complete disgrace.
