Pour notre famille c'était un séjour magnifique et nous étions super bien accueillis et installés.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était varié et avec des produits frais. Tout était vraiment bon et beaucoup de choix. On a apprécié qu'il soit servi pendant une large plage horaire. Les lits étaient vraiment très confortables. On a aussi eu la possibilité d'avoir des linges pour les bains thermaux et ça nous a bien simplifié la vie. L'emplacement était très tranquille et cosy, les chambres et tout l'hôtel très spacieux et le personnel très gentil et efficace. On remercie pour l'attention lors de l'anniversaire de l'un de nous.

Cons:

Les portes des chambres n'étaient pas bien isolées, donc on entendait beaucoup trop le bruit des personnes qui passaient dans le couloir et donc pas de possibilité de faire de grasse matinée ! Pour le petit déjeuner il y a juste eu un bémol, c'est le café ! Il n'était pas bon, on a tout essayé sur la machine et on a rien aimé on était quand même cinq personnes et aucune n'a aimé. Il faudrait aussi un plus grand assortiment de confitures, il n'y en avait qu'une et un peu liquide !!.

Pros:

Staff muito profissional.
O quarto excepcional, muito confortável.
Localização ótima, está a 8 minutos a pé da marina e do centro da cidade de Ponta Delgada.
Sem esquecer para quem tem carro este hotel dispõe de parque de estacionamento e tbm estação de carregamento para carros elétricos.

spot on place. walking distance from the city centre. great breakfast and parking was a must.
Pros:

breakfast had great variety and staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We had our baby boy with us and they even sang happy birthday on his special day.
street gets busy at times at night from traffic/ bin collection day very early.

Cons:

the rooms could be better insulated so noise wouldn't get through. weren't very lucky with the neighbours in the next door room unfortunately.

Gut für Stadterkundung zu Fuß
Pros:

Hätten wir das Zimmer nicht zur Straße gehabt, wäre es prima gewesen. So war es viel zu laut.
Zimmer schön groß, unser Bad hat sogar ein Fenster. Das zweite von uns gebuchte Zimmer leider nicht. Auf den Balkonen Waren Stühle. Frühstück war gut. Parkplatz vorhanden. Von hier zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden kein Problem.

Cons:

Direkte Straßenlage- sehr laut. Auch nachts.
