Chambre d’une bonne grandeur avec grand lit King, matelas très confortable, salle de bain un peu petite mais très propre.
Le personnel de la salle à manger au petit déjeuner était très gentil.
Ce que nous avons moins aimé c’est l’emplacement de l’hôtel et le café au petit déjeuner.

location is great, not too close to downtown but very walkable, rooms spacious and welcoming, included breakfast is good, comfortable large bed, clean, a lot of parking available on site. convenient charging ports available for north american and other non european plugs if you forget an adapter. outdoors towels available on request
pillows way too soft relative to bed.
unclear how often towels are replaced or room is cleaned but the climate is very humid so don't rely on air drying.
balcony smokers mean we have to keep door closed at night, and AC was not available, ended up very warm, most people should be fine but we run warm already.
Mooie kamer, ruime badkamer, koelkast op de kamer, verder een balkon. Goede bedden, we sliepen aan de straatzijde maar geen geluidsoverlast. Goed ontbijt en ruime parkeerplekken.

The staff were very welcoming to our little toy poodle. He was impressed with the lovely bed and cookies they left for him. The staff were friendly and eager ed to help.
All was pleasant, can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Die Unterkunft war von Flughafen, mit dem Taxi, sehr schnell zu erreichen. Und zu Fuß war es auch nicht sehr weit um ins Zentrum der Stadt bzw. ans Meer zu kommen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber und das Bett war riesig und super bequem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend vorhanden.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, was grundsätzlich kein Thema war, jedoch war gegen 6 Uhr morgens einiges an Verkehr zu hören, da die Auslieferung des Bäckers begonnen hatte.
Le petit déjeuner était varié et avec des produits frais. Tout était vraiment bon et beaucoup de choix. On a apprécié qu'il soit servi pendant une large plage horaire. Les lits étaient vraiment très confortables. On a aussi eu la possibilité d'avoir des linges pour les bains thermaux et ça nous a bien simplifié la vie. L'emplacement était très tranquille et cosy, les chambres et tout l'hôtel très spacieux et le personnel très gentil et efficace. On remercie pour l'attention lors de l'anniversaire de l'un de nous.
Les portes des chambres n'étaient pas bien isolées, donc on entendait beaucoup trop le bruit des personnes qui passaient dans le couloir et donc pas de possibilité de faire de grasse matinée ! Pour le petit déjeuner il y a juste eu un bémol, c'est le café ! Il n'était pas bon, on a tout essayé sur la machine et on a rien aimé on était quand même cinq personnes et aucune n'a aimé. Il faudrait aussi un plus grand assortiment de confitures, il n'y en avait qu'une et un peu liquide !!.

Localização ótima, está a 8 minutos a pé da marina e do centro da cidade de Ponta Delgada.
Sem esquecer para quem tem carro este hotel dispõe de parque de estacionamento e tbm estação de carregamento para carros elétricos.
breakfast had great variety and staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We had our baby boy with us and they even sang happy birthday on his special day.
street gets busy at times at night from traffic/ bin collection day very early.
the rooms could be better insulated so noise wouldn't get through. weren't very lucky with the neighbours in the next door room unfortunately.
