Great location, recently renovated, simple but very efficient and breakfast were really good, fresh warm bread and lot of options! Also the parking lot is good, which makes live easier

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience.
One of the great advantages was the parking available on the hotel premises, which was very convenient for us. The number of parking spaces is sufficient, we always had a place to park the car. The location is also excellent — you can easily walk to the city center, where there are many nice restaurants, shops, a beautiful waterfront, and the main square. There are also beaches not far away. In addition, the hotel is very well located for exploring the island by car, which made our trips around the island comfortable and easy.
The breakfasts were wonderful. We especially appreciated the variety of Azorean cheeses, which was a very pleasant bonus and gave us a chance to try local specialties. The breakfast selection was diverse overall and changed every day, which made each morning enjoyable.
Our room was very large, spotlessly clean, and in great condition. We had absolutely no complaints about the room itself. The balcony is nice to have your morning Azorean tea:)
The only drawback was that we had connecting rooms, and sometimes we could clearly hear the neighbors through the connecting door. Additionally, while most of the staff were professional, a few members of the team could have been a bit more welcoming and positive toward guests.
Despite these minor issues, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
O pequeno almoço é excelente, estava tudo limpo e tem espaço interior para os carros circularem a pegar os turistas.
Na casa de banho já se notam os anos, nas louças e silicone envelhecido e faltam ganchos para as toalhas. Nada grave.
We spent our Christmas holiday here and were very satisfied. Everything was perfect, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options to choose from, although during a longer stay the selection may start to feel repetitive. There is also a large parking area available free of charge.
We arrived at the hotel from the airport by bus (it is possible but you need to walk for about 15 minutes from the airport and then another 10 minutes from the stop in the city center). We rented a car from a nearby rental company, Go Rent a Car, which offered much better prices than the rental companies at the airport.
Lokalizacja hotelu, blisko centrum Ponta Delgada. Dostępność miejsc parkingowych (o każdej porze dnia nie było problemu z miejscem). Wystrój hotelu bardzo estetyczny. W obiekcie czysto. Codziennie korzystaliśmy z pysznych śniadań. Obsługa stołówki bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna.
W łazience w ciągu dnia odczuwalny był nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizy. Dodatkowo w pokoju postawiono butelkę z wodą, za którą trzeba było płacić 2€. Niby nie dużo, ale sam fakt płacenia za wodę, jest absurdalny. W żadnym hotelu nie spotkaliśmy się z tym.
